Elif continues to show her endless list of talents; The Turkish label has enlisted the free spirited talent to compile their latest VA ‘Harabe Nightmares II’.

In a tumultuous year, Elif has been a shining light. From her ABRACADABRA residency which provides escapism and connection at a time we need it most, to stellar original releases on Stil Vor Talent, A Tribe Called Kotori, and remixes on Anjunadeep and AKASHA, she’s used this time to truly focus and flourish. Whether she’s writing a track or creating a set, it’s a compelling journey that draws you in. So it’s no wonder she’s been entrusted with compiling the latest Harabe Nightmares compilation.

The track list features a diverse range of both emerging and established talent, plus Elif and Marat Mode team up on the driving cut ‘Koan’, where a catchy riff meets a building synth top line in a colourful rocketing crescendo.

‘I was thrilled to be asked by Cagdas (Anatolian Sessions), a fellow Turkish producer, to compile this VA’ Elif says. ‘I loved having the opportunity to curate music that I like playing from producers I love and want to support. It took a couple of months to compile and was so fun and so satisfying that it made me consider starting my own label in the future! Harabe is an exciting emerging imprint that I'm happy to be a part of. I am in love with each and every track on the compilation and very proud of all the artists who contributed.’

The Turkish label has been bubbling up since it launched in 2019, releasing heartfelt music that defies typical genre norms. ‘Harabe Nightmares ||’ will join a back catalog of quality and consistency from this indie imprint.

My Other Side of The Moon welcomes two new young artists for its April release, Balata and Achex. Their track, 'Zawya' merges afro house sonorities with oriental and organic vibes, starting determined and resolving into a mellow vocal and melody, which recalls an oriental chant. Jay Fase and Cisco Do Sol take the releases to new energetic afro house horizons with two dynamic and rhythmic remixes. After a few months of silence and a forced break, slowly we are seeing light at the end of this corona-tunnel.

At Atmosphere Records, we felt it’s time to continue what we do best; providing you with high-quality deep, progressive & emotional music! 

We started a new artwork series along and we kick-off these series with an amazing EP by “Boy Oh Boy” & “Age is a Box”.

Silent Types is the single of this EP, it comes in two versions and is accompanied by 2 monumental remixes by Kalipo and Nico Morano.

The Piano Version, is a very touching song where the warm vocal takes the lead, layered beautifully and guided by an eminent piano composition. Next we get the “Original Mix”, where Boy Oh Boy focused clearly on the summer open airs. It’s a steady dance-floor structure with a nifty groove and a solid beat, but without loosing the emotional character of the warm vocal. 

Many Hours Later is the second song of this release, it’s a progressive banger as we like them! A strong bassline, a tight kick drum, neat percussion and another amazing vocal by “Age is a Box”! The breakdown has got us from the first time and the drop following is pure goosebumps.

Radeckt returns on MoBlack with a mercurial two-track EP – 'Baba Yaga.' Starting off with the mischievous "Devious Dancer," the Copenhagen-based DJ/Producer sets a climactic atmosphere from the onset, balancing esoteric techno elements with industrial rawness and vibrant percussive nuances. For our 49th offering we welcome Boh Oh Boy, Hobin Rude and Liam Garcia who take on remixing duties for Cavemen’s ‘Tied’ EP.
  
Hailing from Germany and France, Boy oh Boy’s mix of dance floor friendly tech and underground house music has earned them spots at supporting Djuma Soundsystem (NO), Uone (AU) and releases on Get Physical Music and Poesie Music.

They offer their take on the title track of the EP, ‘Tied’. A brooding bassline that drives the remix, along with upbeat drum work and synth leads, giving it a dark and melodic feel. The remix is filled with chopped samples and detuned automations that provide impact throughout.

Next up we have Hobin Rude, the Serbian progressive house DJ / Music Producer based in Belgrade. He has released on labels such as Balkan Connection, One of A Kind and Soundteller to name a few.
His ‘Tsjalina’ remix is uplifting and playful with a hypnotic groove that is made for the dancefloor. The lush arps and pads in the break makes it a perfect track for anytime of the day. Ending off the EP is Liam Garcia with his Voodoo Remix of ‘Witch Doctor’.

Liam Garcia currently resides and grew up in Scotland, where he acquired his love for house music through long nights spent at the infamous Arches in Glasgow and underground haven, Snafu, in his hometown of Aberdeen.

Liam Garcia gives the track a club orientated feel with a dark driving bass line. The ambient dub-like synths and effects will take you on a 4 am journey into the abyss.

Milan-born DJ and producer Auggië teamed up with Enrico Sturm to produce Vrasnavar, a genre-bending, time-signature-defying analogue extravaganza. The track begins with a simple three chord guitar rhythm, but Auggië spurns all expectations with sudden, off-beat drums and clattering percussion, taking the listener on an erratic journey that’s both simplistic and complex at the same time. Eery violins and high-pitched synths pierce through the discord making the perfect soundtrack to a haunted house tour and a production that’ll make you feel lost, then found, then lost again.
