ABOUT XANDER (RO):

The story behind Xander began in 2015 when two teenagers with a dream decided to venture into something new.

Initially, the plan was to form a duo with my cousin, and thus Xander & Roman was born. However, the project eventually fell apart as we struggled to gain listeners. Succeeding as a DJ in today's digitalized world isn't easy, where anyone can seemingly mix two songs together and make it sound good. Despite this challenge, I remained aware of the circumstances and never let it discourage me. After taking a long break and my cousin's departure from the music industry, I made the decision to start anew and focus on improving rather than starting from scratch. Thus, the solo project was revived in May 2020.

Now, under my own name, I release one-hour-long mixes every two weeks through my recently rebranded show titled "Melodics 101." The show features some of the best tracks in Organic, Afro, and Melodic House genres, inviting you to join me on my musical journey.

Music has always been there for me, accompanying me through the highs and lows of life. I want it to have the same effect on others because music will forever remain the best remedy for whatever you may be going through.

A vastly experienced UK based DJ specialising in deep house, afro house and chill out with a distinct ear for quality and unique house music. Martin has enviable musical knowledge built up over many years behind the decks where the historic acid house explosion in the late 1980's was pivotal in influencing Martin's preferred choice of house music genres. Debuting in 1992, there have been many further appearances over the years to date in London, the home counties and on radio. During a number of performances at London's legendary Ministry Of Sound, Martin was privileged to appear on the same billing as the 'Godfather of house' Frankie Knuckles. This DJ has been in the industry for over 30 years but is still fresh and pioneering in his approach to perfectly mixing the very best in underground house music.

Hailing from a small town in Israel, Shay dT is at his top, spanning a long career blending house, tribal beats, afro-house, acid, and disco. His signature sound is always groovy, spicy, and sexy house music. Shay dT is an artist and songwriter with a focus on making music that seamlessly blurs the gaps between so many different ideas. Recently, he has been quite busy releasing new music, and his sound is a perfect taste of this open-ended attitude. His tracks are a rich and tasteful blend of various influences, including tribal house, new wave, and other forms of electronic music. This melange of sounds is incredibly well-orchestrated, yet the core of the song hides a simple, direct flow that makes it so refreshing and easy to relate to. The best music happens to be unpretentious and personal, and this is definitely what Shay dT managed to accomplish with his productions. He is more than your average producer: in fact, he has accomplished a style that really nobody else out there has! Over the last few years, he has been busy releasing fantastic tracks, and each track felt like a fantastic new milestone for the artist, who found a lot of success! With each new release, he managed to conquer the hearts (and ears!) of many new listeners. This is a very creative period for the artist, who actually came back to making music after a rather lengthy period of hiatus from the scene. It had been seven years before he actually released new music, and he was actually active last in 2013. However, 2020 was actually the year he finally came back, and managed to truly find inspiration, embracing his style of choice and really making the music that he loves to make, as simple as that! Passion is the number one ingredient to success, and this Tribal-House producer definitely has plenty of it.

About Selin Asar:
Selin is a Turkish born, London based singer/songwriter and DJ.
After professionally training as an opera singer, she found her passion for electronic music when entering the DJ world. Her entrance is followed by her debut single released last November. Selin describes her music as emotive lo-fi/chill-hop with an oriental twist.

As a DJ, she loves harmonising Downtempo, Organic / Ethno Progressive House and Deep Melodic Techno vibes. Her skills in creating vocal harmonies, looping and atmospheric singing, all in a live setting, work together with her skills as an electronic music DJ to create a mystical experience.

ABOUT Nataša:
Nataša is a DJ and producer from Johannesburg, South Africa. Her passion for music developed at an early age, it was dancing that first captured her attention, but shortly after, she found herself consumed by her father’s collection of rock, pop and everything in between. She explored her love for the electronic music styles through expressing herself as a DJ in 2019. After debuting at the infamous Carfax venue in Johannesburg, Nataša’s DJ career has been going from strength to strength.
Her music selection is expansive, having played an array of the country's top clubs and festivals from sunrise to sunset, and being a lover of the dance floor herself, she has the knowledge and understanding to play at any time of the day or night. 

From the slowed down, chuggy downtempo, electronica through the indie, nudisco, progressive house and all the way to the fast-paced techno, Nataša’s passion and groove is felt throughout.

2020 saw Nataša join Ryan Murgatroyd in managing his record label, Swoon Recordings. From sharing the stage with international artists such as Elif, Andhim, Cioz, Stimming, Rampue, Noir and some of the country's top local artists, to working with and sitting in studio with iconic music producers, this up and coming DJ from Johannesburg has set her sights on making a name for herself, and she’s only getting started.

The story behind Xander started off in 2015, when two teenagers with a dream wanted to try out something new.

Forming a duo together with my cousin was the initial plan, Xander & Roman was born, but the project eventually fell through as there were barely any listeners. It isn't easy to succeed as a DJ in today's digitalized world, where basically anyone could put two songs together and make it sound good, but i was aware of that and it never brought me down. After a long break, and my cousin's departure from the music industry, i decided to start again and try to improve, rather than re-doing everything i learned through the previous years, therefore, the solo project was revived in May of 2020.

Now, under my own name, i'm releasing one hour long mixes every two weeks through my recently rebranded show titled "Melodics 101", featuring some of the best Organic, Afro or Melodic House tracks out there, so that you too can join me on my musical journey.

Music was always there for me, through highs and lows, so i wanted it to be the same for everyone else, because music will forever be the best treatment to whatever you're going through.

ABOUT STX_:
STX_, the abbreviation of Syntax, has been around for a while. His very first CD ever was "Oxygen" from Jean Michael Jarre, which he bought when he was 9 years old. From there his love for electronic music was born.

As a teen in the 90’s he immersed in the blossoming house and techno scene in the Netherlands even further strengthening his love for electronic music in all its forms. Not limited by genres but always looking for quality music. After years of acting as a participant in the scene, he decided to give back to the community by learning the craft of DJ’ing in the early 2010’s and a couple of years later organize local, connoisseur boat parties under the “Diep” flag. Performances at festivals like Kraft and In Rertraite Day&Night Festival were the cherry on the cake for STX_

 In all these years he explored all the reaches of electronic music, but his heart is with moving melodies and music that evokes deep feelings. It was his discovery of the Steyoyoke label right at their start in 2012 that all his musical explorations came together in a genre that was a culmination of all the different elements that defined quality music: ethereal techno. From there he never looked back. As a DJ he still builds on different genres, but ethereal techno is always the cornerstone of any set he plays or mixes he records.

In 2021, inspired by a group of friends who had started producing and releasing via their own label Libertas, there was no doubt: he also wanted to contribute to the genre and start putting his past experience into music production also. This is the start of a new chapter of his musical journey.

ABOUT SRS:
Music has always been a real passion!
He started off perfecting the art of mixing and blending tracks using vinyl and has been doing so on and off since the late eighties.
Early Electro and Acid House, lead him into the realms of the UK Rave Scene from 1988 - 1993 and He was lucky enough to go to some of the biggest outdoor raves in the UK, hosted by the likes of Sunrise, Biology and Fantazia. He was a regular at the Astoria Night Club in London where he saw the likes of Fabio, Grooverider, Ray Keith, Kenny Ken, Paul ‘Trouble’ Anderson and the might Carl Cox. Those were the days when Carl Cox would mix with 3 Technics SL-1210 turntables, hence earning the name as the ‘3 Deck Wizard’.
SRS has been producing his own tracks now for about 3 years and is currently working on a project under the pseudonym Lakota Rayn, producing Deep and Organic House music.
He would describe his mixes as deep and diverse and which take you on a real musical journey.

ABOUT PROJEKT MALIK:

I was born in Lebanon, and raised in Kuwait. At the age of 12 I fell in love with electronic, and was introduced to the music production and DJying scene. I was firstly introduced to the EDM scene since it was the main big thing back in 2010 - 2016. In 2014 at the age of 16 I was diagnosed with blood cancer which in turn made me slow down and also stop music from time to time. Fortunately I survived, and I came back alot  stronger than before. In 2016 I started making more and more Trap music, untill eventually in 2018 I finished my treatment and moved back to House music and Techno.

ABOUT MPathy:
“We should consider every day lost on which we have not danced at least once.”
Marco Perschon, aka MPathy, developed a strong interest for electronic music at a very young age. Growing up in the city of Berlin he was highly influenced by the electronic music scene in the 90’s. He later spent a couple of years in Chicago and also in Shanghai where he got involved with the local electronic music scenes, which ultimately shaped his outlook on electronic music today. With Techno music and DJing being his greatest passion for a long time, he started to work on his own productions in 2008. Since then he has produced Techno, Tech-House and Minimal music for various record labels.
After finishing his audio engineering studies in 2012 he joined the Berlin based Deep House label Steyoyoke. MPathy is responsible for the first and most successful Steyoyoke release in collaboration with Antonio Olivieri, ‘If I Were Music’. He has also done remixes for Soul Button, Florian Rietze, Sasch, BLANCAh and Animal Picnic. In the summer of 2013 MPathy made his solo voice heard for the first time with an established and rousing EP ‘I’m Yours’ for Steyoyoke, a collaboration with the seductive vocals of the highly talented singer and songwriter Amy Capilari.
With so much more to come from this young artist, ‘Iʼm Yours’ is testament to the philosophy that drives MPathy forward. MPathy is eager to push off in his own direction to continue to both challenge and provoke existing concepts of making unique and forward thinking music.

Born and raised in Santo Domingo, Marola grew up surrounded by lively music. At an early age, she fell in love with oldschool and underground house.
