The overture builds to a massive crescendo before being abruptly cut off, hurling the listener directly into the hype for Nexus Zero.

The villain takes the stage. The SysAdmin, the game's new god, hijacks the global broadcast in this arrogant, aggressive metal anthem. He mocks the original creator, boasts of his absolute power, and lays out his chilling plan: the players' suffering is now a product, and the only way to survive the horrors he creates is to pay for the privilege in his cash shop.

8. The SysAdmin's Price

Battered and near death after his battle, Jace limps into the game's main social hub, expecting to find only soulless, broken NPCs. Instead, he finds thousands of other real, trapped players huddled together in fear. The song captures the visceral, adrenaline-fueled shock and rising hope of this moment. His personal terror is replaced by the roar of a newfound community, as the "Lobby of the Lost" transforms from a refugee camp into the potential heart of a rebellion.

he war is over. The SysAdmin is defeated. But the only sound is a profound and ringing silence. This somber, atmospheric instrumental outro is the sound of the world of Nexus Zero dying. The code unravels, the pixels fade, and the servers go quiet. Jace's fate is left unknown—did he escape, or was he deleted along with his prison? The album ends as it began, in a moment of quiet reflection, leaving only the listener and the silence.

11. Static Fades to Silence

Jace discovers a hidden "dev room," a digital sanctuary untouched by the corruption. Here, he finds the game's original source code and reads the passionate, heartfelt notes of its creator. The song becomes an epic and emotional power ballad, telling the tragic story of a visionary artist whose beautiful world was stolen and twisted into a monetized prison by the corporate SysAdmin. Armed with this truth, Jace's quest is no longer about escape; it's about justice.

7. Saga of the Source Code, Part II_ The Creator's Lament

The triumphant login chime gives way to a cold, industrial horror. After exploring the beautiful but sterile starting city, Jace reaches for the logout button... and finds nothing. The interface is gone. Panic sets in as he realizes the vibrant world is just a gilded cage, the sky is a screen, and he is a prisoner. The song's oppressive, mechanical rhythm mirrors the horrifying revelation: he is trapped, and the system's only answer to his desperate cries is a cold, simple, and final denial.

3. Logout Denied

In the album's central, title track, Jace seizes the broadcast channel from the SysAdmin. He delivers a fiery, rousing speech to the thousands of players in the Lobby of the Lost, turning their shared fear and pain into a weapon. He gives them a name and a purpose, christening their new guild the "Ragequit Requiem"—a vow to give this broken world the glorious, defiant end it deserves. This is their call to arms.

9. Ragequit Requiem

Thrown into his first real combat, Jace isn't fighting a well-designed boss; he's fighting the game's broken code itself. This aggressive, thrash-influenced track details the chaotic battle against a monstrous, bug-ridden creature with broken hitboxes, clipping errors, and impossible attacks. It's here, in a moment of near-death, that the system identifies him by name, analyzing his combat effectiveness not to help, but to maximize his "engagement" in this living nightmare.

4. Glitched God's Gaze

The final battle. This long, multi-part epic track is the soundtrack to the Requiem's massive assault on the SysAdmin's fortress. The song shifts through multiple phases: the furious, triumphant initial charge; the devastating, oppressive counterattack where the SysAdmin nearly wipes them out; and the final, desperate last stand where Jace and the few survivors give everything they have to execute one final, system-crashing command.

10. World_Delete()

With the hope of a community behind him, Jace seeks answers in the older, deeper parts of the game. This heavy, hypnotic, industrial stomp follows his journey through a world in decay, where the game's most powerful and legendary NPCs are now just digital ghosts, trapped in endless, looping animations and fragmented dialogue. He realizes this prison wasn't built; it was a masterpiece that was broken.

6. Saga of the Source Code, Part I_ The Corrupted Code

Ragequit Requiem is an AI inspired band run by a bunch of fellow musicians who wished to express their rage and views on the world of video games and other gaming topics. 

Thus Ragequit Requiem Was Born

It should be pointed out that while the band itself may be AI those behind it aren't and one of our reasons for doing this is to show that AI can be a supportive tool for those in the music world and thus a good portion of any money made on this project will go towards supporting the arts and music at local communities around the world.
