Ragoo Records is proud to welcome Odeeno for RGT06, the sixth installment of the cassette series curated by the label.
The Alma project was born from a very strong personal experience that led Odeeno to get closer to his inner self and to know his own soul.
Although it is in line with the already wide discography of Odeeno, Alma is a different EP, it represents the beginning of a new phase. Alma is a mature and conscious work, full of new inspirations and new languages. The struggle against personal ghosts is transferred to its decisive place, at the center of the body: the soul. She is the friend to listen to, to talk to in order to recognize life's mistakes and transform them into a richer and more defined experience, just like the beats of this work. The atmospheres of dark colors dissolve, the groove becomes more fluid, the times faster. Beyond darkness and gloom, for Odeeno there is now light. In this sense Alma is his most committed album, but also challenging, from an artistic and emotional point of view. Alma is growth and evolution, in other words a new beginning.

@raffaele-sperati is a guitar player/beatmaker born in 1996. Over the years, he has developed a strong passion for black music, which has led him to join some of the most influential new generation musicians of the music scene in Rome. His sound strongly recalls the roots of hip hop with a combination of soul and
gospel vibes. All his past yet recent experience has led him to the realisation of his first EP entitled  "Solace".

"Solace" is an album that focuses on the very personal urge to communicate how life is made up of ongoing struggles and efforts. The approach to be taken, therefore, is that of a journey which, in its various nuances, takes the form of a profound message.  The latter, represented as a climb, is the fundamental and necessary element to understand how to live with the difficulties in life.
Therefore, endurance and acceptance become instruments of understanding and comfort, giving us back the opportunity to live free and enjoy life and its
intensity to the fullest.
The reflective sound of the seven tracks illustrates the awareness of Raffaele
Sperati who, with his guitar and the collaboration of musicians such as Alessandro Pollio, Benjamin Ventura, Emanuele Triglia, Marco Costa, Ivan
Liuzzo and writer Sean Cronin, manages to impress those feelings of human
reality and shares it with others.
