Ruben Bugayong, Heatt, was born and raised in Phoenix, AZ. His style is versatile with melodic hooks. Heatt's powerful stage presence leaves audiences captivated by his energy. He has been featured on many local artist's music and has also collaborated with recording artists around the world. To date, Heatt has performed over 300 shows, played in over 30 different venues, in several states. He has shared the stage with DMX, Bone Thugs N Harmony, in early 2012 he joined Yo Gotti on his "Road To Riches" tour, Spice 1, Lighter Shade Of Brown, NB Ridaz, Juicy J of 3-6 Mafia, Lil Wyte, Afroman, The Jacka, Rappin 4tay, Brotha Lynch Hung, Twisted Insane, and more.

BIO:
 	Although young by name, Blind Eye, has been in the AZ rap scene for more than long enough to be recognized as a force to be reckoned with. Early 2006 when Heatt and Raul Sandoval, better known in the scene as Cookx, first linked up and began performing together back in 2006  under the name City Hustlaz Entertainment (a.k.a. C.H.E.) In 2009 they added a third member to the mix, Slick. With that, the group was complete and they started pushing towards success. Performing around the country and sharing stages with huge names like DMX, Bone Thugs N Harmony, Yo Gotti, E-40, Spice 1, Lighter Shade Of Brown, NB Ridaz, Juicy J of 3-6 Mafia, Lil Wyte, Afroman, The Jacka, Rappin 4tay, Brotha Lynch Hung, Twisted Insane and many more.

Due to a series of unfortunate events, including the incarceration of Cookx, C.H.E. were slowed down considerably in their journey to the top. Despite everything that had happened though Heatt and Slick were still there willing to put in the sweat and dedication while they continued to work on their musical careers both individually and as a duo. At that point they began the rebuilding process.

Finally in January 2013, long time friend of Heatt’s, Emilio Herrera joined the group bringing an arsenal of musical talent. His powerful R&B vocals and hooks bring an enthralling sound to what was already a winning formula. Thus we enter the genesis of Blind Eye as we know it today. They’ve begun building notoriety once again. Blind Eye has created a sound unlike any other in the industry they keep the crowd mesmerized like hypnosis. They are poised for their first album release in the summer of 2013. Blind Eye.
