Kuhlosul provides his audience with a unique and ghastly take on Dubstep, fusing many styles and subgenres. His inspiration is drawn from Hip Hop, Dubstep, and Trap music. It's not hard to tell that he means business. Having released on heavy hitting labels such as Dim Mak, Bassrush, Subsidia, & Subcarbon to name a few. And Collaborations with Riot Ten, Xotix, Gawm, & M?stic. His persistence and determination have allowed him to perfect his craft and channel his own distinctive sound within his work. Hailing from Kelowna B.C. Canada, Mason Mohns otherwise known as Kuhlosul (Pronounced "Colossal") represents a small town core of Dubstep music revisioning artists that are helping to shape a new wave of Canadian Bass music. Continuing to push boundaries Kuhlosul is looking forward to expanding his ever growing discography.

Having lit up festival stages like Counterpoint and Camp Bisco alongside heavyweights like Diplo, Skrillex, Zeds Dead, and Knife Party, he captivates audiences with immersive, high-energy sets that blend melodic textures with heavy-hitting basslines. Since relocating to Los Angeles in 2019, he has become a key figure in the underground scene, performing at iconic venues like Blind Tiger, Lick n Dip, and Underware while evolving his sound to embrace techno and tech house influences. Committed to innovation and creativity, Voltran continues to break boundaries in both the studio and on stage, keeping fans on edge and coming back for more.
