Based on the free interpretation of the ‘breakbeat’ genre, the breadcrumb trail of this second compilation is the theme “from happy to dark” (or the other way) to celebrate the fluctuation of emotions whether positive or negative. Over-cultivated positivism implies the rejection and the covering up of negative emotions… This compilation is here to reminds you to live fully your emotions and only think about what’s best for you. It’s OK not to always look on the bright side of things. Be gentle to yourself.

Avec « Last call », premier jet de 3 titres commencés à l’adolescence qui lorgne vers le groove laidback des Soulquarians (J Dilla, D’Angelo, Erykah Badu, The Roots…), Violet Indigo prépare le terrain d’une carrière qui promet déjà bien autre chose… Elle n’ira pas là où on l’attend, c’est certain ; l’electro pure, le hip-hop, ou le frénétisme de l’hyperpop ne lui font pas peur.
