Grin - Stripped

I wrote the track at a time where I was coming to terms with general feelings of
existential dread, a loss of innocence and an on-going disillusionment with adult life and modern adult society. I think these feelings are especially common in your early twenties, when you're still trying to adjust to real life after the comforts of childhood and adolescence. As you move into adulthood, yourself and the people around you move on with their lives in various ways, and inevitably certain things are left behind. This can leave you questioning why you exist - being forced to ask, 'what meaning does life have for me and everyone else’.
