I'M VERY GLAD TO FINALLY HAVE THIS DONE
basically this song has been a work in progress since early 2018, i started writing it during my hiatus and then just... stuff kept coming up and i planned a super ambitious PV for it that i obviously never ended up finishing, but i finally got it done!

i hope anyone who's feeling like nothing gets better and that good moments are deemed to come crashing down will hang in there. life's quite literally a rollercoaster, and i promise there's always gonna be breaks from the rainstorm, even if they're brief for now. i also hope that people like me can internalize the fact that they're still worth just as much as everyone else even if they're not the best at something or the most capable worker out there. maybe you're not as great at drawing as your peers, maybe your grades suck, or maybe you can't work or go to school because getting out of bed is near impossible. none of that impacts you being a lovable and deserving person.

so, this old song i made in early january of 2014 became a huge inside-joke in my friend group. and i thought to myself, oh wouldn't it be hilarious if i made a whole remake of that song with a pv and everything, in a satirical sorta way y'know? 

well that, like, happened, and the line between irony and seriousness on this one ended up being sooooooo thin. SO THIN. i'm definitely very aware that this isn't my best work, but blame 16 y/o me for that because this song in particular was so incredibly difficult to salvage hahaha

also fun fact but the characters from this song are these ocs i made when i was 16 named arc (guy with bandages) and say (longer-haired one). they had such a poorly thought-out story and it was so bad and this song didn't even fit them as characters. they deserved better

Heya. I'm Raiosuki. It's pronounced rye-ow-ski. (You could just call me Raio, which would be pronounced rye-oh.)

I usually make covers, but I also make some original songs. Usually, my tracks are related to either games or anime.

Now a short QnA, because why the fuck not.

Q: What do you use to make music?
A: FL Studio, Beepbox, and occasionally Famitracker.

Q: What's with the weird titles on some of your original tracks?
A: Those titles are written in Andun. Andun is a language I'm creating for use in a few stories I'm writing. I used to have a challenge for viewers to attempt translating, with a link to your channel in my bio as a reward. This challenge is no longer valid on this channel, as I am moving to a new one.

Q: Why is your name Rayohsooky?
A: It's Rye-Ow-Ski. It's a name I came up with when I was a little kid.
Ryosky was the original spelling, but that was taken as an account name on something (I don't remember what), and my bro suggested Raiosuki as an alternate spelling. In case you want to know why he suggested that as the alternate spelling, my bro speaks Japanese, and that's how it would be if you wrote it in Japanese, with English characters.
