Rajeev B pays homage to MJ

Michael Jackson's untimely death in June 2009 drove millions of adoring fans to tears. With the 3rd anniversary approaching, for many it's not only a time for reflection but also an opportunity to celebrate the life and love of a man who changed the music world forever.

A huge Michael Jackson fan himself, our very own Rajeev B is pleased to announce his latest offering 'Beat It Boliyan'. The music maestro pays homage to the superstar that inspired him throughout his teens with this tribute track, which features the vocals of the formidable Saini Surinder.

This fun but high octane recording skilfully blends a riff from the MJ anthem 'Beat It' with pure dance-floor bhangra rhythms that are sure to excite music lovers, Asian and mainstream. 'Beat It Boliyan' is released on the 25th June, the actual date of the anniversary.
Leaked news of the pending track has driven MJ fans into a frenzy with Rajeev's twitter receiving 1000's of re-tweets from across the globe.

Rajeev says: "MJ was someone who always inspired me and has given me the drive to continue my musical journey. His talents and voice are amazing, the ideas and the way he made music is something nobody will ever be able to replicate. I never got to meet MJ and that was a lifelong dream of mine, so I wanted to put a track out that tributes him and all his hard work. His musical talents have inspired me to make my music as out of the box as I can. I hope this track shows the love and support MJ had from people of all ethnic origins and how he touched the hearts of many across the globe with his music. I'm hoping this track will appeal to Asian and English people and it carries forth MJ's energy and excitement but just in a different genre".


This project comes off the back of his debut single 'Daroo' and the follow up 'Hai Soniyeh' both of which topped the iTunes World Music Chart and enjoyed many weeks on radio playlists across the UK and further afield. His first studio album 'The Takeover' features NIrmal Sidhu, Saini Surinder, Late Kaka Bhaniawala and many more and is due for release later this year on the E3UK & Kudos Music Label.

The song comes complete with a fantastic high budget video produced by Dreamshock.

The Big B is back…

E3uk are proud to present the debut solo single from Nav Sidhu in conjunction with Rajeev B. "Hai Soniyeh" continues the trend of a unique yet popular style of music via E3uk Records, which has also gained them UK Asian music chart success.
Rajeev comes off the back of his debut single "Daroo" which was vocalled by renowned lyricist Jelly Manjitpuri. The track was the highest new entry on The Official Asian Downloads Chart Show at No 2 and topped the iTunes World Music Chart in less than 24 hours of it’s release!  Now ready for his biggest challenge, Rajeev’s first original studio album 'The Takeover' is set for release on E3UK Records later in 2012. 
The album will feature the likes of Nirmal Sidhu, Surinder Saini, Late Kaka Bhaniawala and many more. The music comes with production values that will appeal to the young or old, urban or Asian. Rajeev B hopes to continue his journey and leave his mark on the UK music industry.
Nav Sidhu meanwhile has seen success accompanying his father Nirmal Sidhu on his recent religious album "Bandagi" and also via Dj Dips' Nachale Sanu Naal. Nav Sidhu is already following in his father’s footsteps and will surely be going places in the future.
The single "Hai Soniyeh" will be released via iTunes on 24th November 2011 in conjunction with a high quality music video.

Inspiring new talent Rajeev B arrives on the scene with an exciting debut single that’s sure to create havoc on dance-floors up and down the country! Teaming up with mega lyricist and singer Jelly Manjitpuri, 'Daroo' is the first offering from the forthcoming album aptly entitled ‘The Takeover’!
Rajeev Bhardwaj, known as Rajeev B on the DJ circuit, began his musical journey in his childhood years growing up in West London. As a youngster, he practised the art of playing Dholki and would often get into trouble at school and home for tapping away on tables creating beats, mixing one classic song with another.
“Growing up with older siblings, I was exposed to an older generation of music than my own – old school grooves, dub, Soul, Bhangra Classics, you name it! I used to love hearing old & new music from different genres and mashing them up with the biggest Bhangra songs of that time”.
The buzz of entertaining others propelled Rajeev and motivated him to continue his passion, by working with music roadshows on large scale events, weddings and club nights. In 2009, Rajeev expanded his horizons with the introduction of the new Roadshow Kudos Music and is now regarded as one of the leading DJ’s with this elite entertainment company.
The creation of Kudos Studios, later to be merged with E3UK Records, gave Rajeev a direct route into music production. Utilizing his knowledge of what makes a dance floor hit track, Rajeev began producing remixes with his most notable remix hit being 'Chiri Shika'. The track received great interest with many DJ’s around the country regularly playing it within their DJ sets.
Now ready for his biggest challenge, Rajeev’s first original studio album 'The Takeover' is set for release on E3UK Records later in 2011.
