Like it's taken straight from the wild-west, this gigantic dubstep roller battles to contain the bass within its cage. Broken up by a bright synth halfway through, it's full of curveballs to keep you guessing. If there's anything a set of bass-bins can be used for, it is most certainly this.

Machine Cult — the Amsterdam-based electronic platform run by Déandrah and Garçon Taupe — returns with the Edition Four release party at OT301 on 7 November.

The new V.A. compilation features tracks from Garçon Taupe, Bertram, 2:29, Beau Wanzer, Déandrah, and Masha Wordpress. At the launch, all contributing artists will play DJ sets, with Déandrah providing live visuals throughout the night.

Expect an evening of potent electronics and immersive visuals, celebrating the forefront of the underground.

"Artificial Intelligence has been a fascinating area for me since 2017, and Cypher is a body of my work, an album, that draws heavily on it for inspiration. I tried to combine classical elements and modern techniques as much as possible when creating it, so that it has both a sense of the familiar and the new. I created the artwork by programming a GAN algorithm using face-transfer concept in combination with a street-art dataset from Istanbul."
