A Game Of Cat And Mouse

The Exorcism is a depiction of a struggle between a demon-possessed child and two priests, fighting for the child's salvation. The story starts midway with the demon clinging on to its host's soul. The following segments of the track depict the brief moments when the priests seem to gain the upper hand, not long before the possessor makes a final attempt at regaining the child's soul. The final segment portrays the priests' final rituals with God being the victor - It Is Finished!

The Exorcism

From the upcoming album Attic Story, this single The Puppet King is the story of the king of all the toys in the attic. A stern, yet fair and kind king commanding the respect of all toys. He makes a bold entrance onto the floor, greeting both small and tall toys before gracefully bidding farewell from across the other side of the attic.

From the upcoming album Attic Story, The Christmas Ball is about a singular festive ornament dangling from a wilted Christmas tree. Its crystal-like exterior absorbing every glimmer of light, it randomly reflects a trickling sparkle across the room.

A violent storm descends, wreaking havoc. Winds, unmetered in power, swirl, twist and pull. And at times when it seems unending, a period of serenity ensues; but only briefly. Recharged in strength it repeats the cycle of mayhem and fear. And in stark contrast to its violent arrival, it abruptly dissipates in calm finality.

What's this I'm feeling in my soul?
Under a solid stone, a moonlit night, just me and my bones 
Face up at the bottom of some hole
In a place just big enough for me to lie very still eternally but

Nothing ever seems to be what I suppose and It’s never true, whatever I know.
When everything I thought I had was just deceiving, like visions from a long time ago
Then maybe I’ll be alright, after all...

Who swings the needle in my head?
That leads me to an unknown point in time when I’ll fall down dead.
Like old leaves dropping from the sky
I’ll just float around awhile and then be swept in a pile or lost to the wind but

No road ever leads to where I want to go, and there's nothing there that I'll ever know.
And every memory of my past is more defeating than the last one that my eyes will be shown.
I guess that's why I'm right here all alone...

Do you seek the meaning of life?
You either work or sleep, it's all a dream, you’re born then you die.
Somewhere in the middle there’s time.
Time to get betrayed and kicked in the face, but you’ll be alright.

Don’t forget to die and life ain't worth living if you can't even feel when your numb.
Nothing can be done, you won't be forgiven, and you won't even know when you're gone.
But just remember only time marches on...
