Midnight Community is a new radio series broadcasting exclusive sets from artists all over the world who in our opinion have real eclectic taste when it comes to Electronic Music.

For episode #70 we have @polaroitofficial selecting.

pølaroit's current EP, Pure, released via Christian Löffler's Ki Records, continues to draw on the dichotomy of these two emotions but this time around there's a bigger sense of presence and liveliness. Through the use of field recordings and vocals, pølaroit wants to rescue the human and organic element of creativity in their music, "Sometimes it's just a recording of rumbling leaves or organic textures that make the sound more tangible."

Art piece: Mechan 9 

Mechan 9 is the newest creation from Tyler FuQua Creations.  It is a giant fallen metal robot that is half-buried in the ground.  Over thirty five feet in diameter and six feet tall at his heart chamber, Mechan 9 is shrouded in mystery!  Decode the strange text on his body to reveal the secrets of not only his past, but of the universe as well.  Mechan 9 was built by an amazing crew and with the help of a Burning Man art grant in 2016 where it made its debut.

How are you? No, seriously, how are you? Do you feel the way you thought you would feel a month ago, or do you not feel good at all, but realize there’s no other option? Maybe you hadn't imagined anything in the first place but now you wish you had, or you feel neither good nor bad as those two words can’t really describe the way you feel. What is the thing that has changed but which you would rather keep the same way, and vice versa? What have you been missing the most from your life from before the pandemic and what will you never ever miss again? What has lost its meaning and what has acquired a new one? What have you decided to do once the lockdown is lifted for good, and when and where will you travel to when the planes start to fly again? How pleasant have these days been for you, or to what extent do you think they should never have occurred in the first place? There are always more questions than answers but everything seems a little mixed up right now. Anyway, today’s is the last Monday of spring, and we are publishing @fejka’s set, the 83rd out of 100 mixes that will be created for the “homard” project, which we hope to unveil to the world next year.

Fejká - "Endless Twilight" for RAMBALKOSHE

Fejká der Traumtänzer

Fejká begann im zarten Alter von 17 mit dem musizieren. Dabei lässt sich seine musikalische Ausrichtung irgendwo zwischen Deep House sowie atmosphärischem Downtempo verortnen. Fejká balanciert auf der Mitte. Er möchte kraftvollen und gleichermaßen verträumten Sound erzeugen. Musik zu der man tanzen, sowie auch entspannt die Augen schließen kann. 
2017 veröffentlichte Fejká seine Debüt EP Twilight. Die Songs erschienen auf Ki Records, dem Label von Christian Löffler. Dieser nahm den jungen Fejká von da an unter seine Fittiche und unterstützt ihn, wo er nur kann. 
Der heutige KataHaifisch Podcast lässt sich am besten mit dem Adjektiv magisch-verträumt beschreiben. Beim hinhören schweifen die Gedanken ab. Zeitweise tritt eine sanfte Melancholie ins Bewusstsein, dann wieder freudige Gelassenheit. Der 61 minütige Mix fließt durch einen hindurch wie ein einziger Track. Ein Fluss bestehend aus Frequenzen, Instrumenten und positiven Vibes.
