Founded in 2016 by Jon Hart as a sister label to the now established Reason 2 Funk Records as a way to bring the harder side of his passion to the forefront of the underground house scene. After a DJ appearance at HeadQuarterz Festival in Belgium alongside good friend and one half of Vrank en Vrij – Jon decided that it was only a matter of time before Cross Breed Music was to be born. There and then discussions where had with Vrank en Vrij and so the label was born this year with a debut release from Vrank en Vrij themselves.
Its all about keeping this label consistent with the more obscure Tech House | Deep House vibes. A big thanks to everyone supporting the label and all the artists involved or due to be involved.
