Saudi Arabia is an absolute monarchy in the Near East. It is located on the Arabian Peninsula and borders on its neighboring states (see “National Border” section below), the Red Sea and the Persian Gulf. The country has existed within its current borders since 1932. The country's capital and largest city is Riyadh, the second largest is the port city of Jeddah.

Two of Islam's three holiest sites, the Kaaba in Mecca and the Prophet's Mosque in Medina, are in Saudi Arabia. Islam of the Hanbali school of law in the special form of Wahhabism is the state religion in Saudi Arabia. The public image of religion in the country is fundamentalist and there is a conservative interpretation of Islamic law. Saudi Arabia supports and finances the spread of Islamist neo-fundamentalism. The views of the terrorist organization Islamic State were strongly influenced by the Saudi Arabian interpretation of Islam, of which they are a particularly violent continuation.

In 1992, absolutism was enshrined as a form of government in the basic order. To this day, the country is governed by authoritarian rule and there is no freedom of expression. Serious human rights violations occur every day in Saudi Arabia; Punishments such as amputation, stoning, flogging and the death penalty are regularly carried out, the latter also for homosexuality (see also: Homosexuality in Saudi Arabia). Although social restrictions have been somewhat reduced since Mohammed bin Salman took over the reins of government, the country is still one of the lowest places in the world when it comes to women's rights, according to the Global Gender Gap Report.

Through its army, Saudi Arabia is the largest military power in the Middle East. Its military intervention in Yemen since 2015 is considered destabilizing and a contributing factor to the humanitarian catastrophe there. Despite the various criticisms of domestic and foreign policy, most governments in the Western world maintain good relations with Saudi Arabia because their countries are dependent on its oil. Saudi Arabia is one of the richest countries in the world thanks to its oil exports; In terms of gross domestic product per capita (adjusted for purchasing power), it was ranked 29th worldwide in 2021. The United Nations Development Program ranks Saudi Arabia as one of the countries with very high levels of human development.

When I came across Moongirl and other elements from Wildsilences https://soundcloud.com/wildsilences_music  I imported them into the tracks and assumed all was well as it sounded very close to the original now with added delay and filters for noise. It wasn't until I went back looking for something wrong that I realized what I did.  Removed all pitch shifters and combined and altered by Arma Ig with additional elements of my own creation.

My mum always played the piano in her slippers, her mother did not want her to damaged the instrument.  She even took her slippers to the Guildhall School of Music and Drama exam, she thought everyone played the piano in slippers. So I recorded a favourite track of hers, in one take, which I was very happy with, though I did shed a tear as I put my slippers on.

The music for "Blueberry Hill" was composed by Vincent Rose with lyrics written by Larry Stock and Al Lewis. The song was turned down by another publisher until being bought and published in 1940 by Chappell & Company. The song was recorded over ten times that year.

 I wrote this song after a trip to Shady Hallow Lake in Indiana. Charlie has some lake front property there and it's great for camping, fishing, roasting marshmallows and playing live concerts. It's very calm and relaxing and a great time was had by all! I wrote the song back in 2010 but the video I put together last year. Check out the video and you will be there with me:

I tried to keep the video as true to the lyrics as I could. It was a lot of fun putting it together. I love the tranquility of a full moon casting the silvery glow over the lake! It's very magical! I especially love the fact that there were no I-phones, computers, TV's, ect, ect. No distractions, everything was left in the car! Times like those really heal a person. It was spiritually rejuvenating!  Charlie sang the song very well but my harms were a little flat (like my head!😂, sorry about that!). It was a very cool experience for me and my wife and we got to do some jamming by the fireside on the lake too! Well, I hope everyone enjoys it and thanks for dropping by and listening! That is always appreciated! Summer will be gone soon so for now, let's just bask under the glow of an Indiana Moon!! 🌕🙏✌🏼

Ouagadougou (also spelled Wagadugu) is the capital of Burkina Faso in West Africa. With over two million inhabitants, it is the country's largest city and its administrative, economic, and cultural center. The city is the seat of the urban commune (French: commune urbaine) and the Ouagadougou department.

Ouaga, as it is often colloquially called, is the residence of the Mogho Naba, the powerless emperor of the Mossi people. The metropolis is known as the host city of the pan-African film festival FESPACO.

Ouagadougou is located in the center of the country on the Central Plateau in the Centre Region and Kadiogo Province. It borders Pabré to the north, the Plateau Central Region to the northeast, Saaba to the east, Koubri to the southeast, Komsilga to the south, and Tanghin-Dassouri to the west.

Even as a small child I wanted to learn a musical instrument...

...since there was a music school in our small town where I grew up, but it was limited to the activities of the local musicians' band, the choice was rather limited... because piano, guitar or saxophone were not offered and that's why I decided me for the trumpet, which was not used for cast-technical reasons, so the FLÜGELHORN became my instrument...
In my youth I turned my back on music and was active in sports towards the end of my teenage years.
