Co-operative Republic of Guyana - Bright And Bold

Guyana is a country on the Atlantic coast of South America. It borders Brazil to the south and west, Venezuela to the northwest, and Suriname to the east.

On the other side of Suriname lies the French overseas department of Guyane, or French Guiana. The South American Guianas are not to be confused with the three African countries of Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, and Equatorial Guinea.

Covered in dense rainforest and with a passion for cricket and calypso music, this English-speaking country has close cultural ties to the Caribbean. The capital, Georgetown, is known for its British colonial architecture, including the large, colorful wooden Anglican church, St. George's Cathedral. A large clock adorns the tower of Stabroek Market, where local produce is sold.

Guinea is a country in West Africa bordering (clockwise from the northwest) Guinea-Bissau, Senegal, Mali, Ivory Coast, Liberia, Sierra Leone, and the Atlantic Ocean. The capital of Guinea is Conakry.

The former French colony of Guinea gained independence on October 2, 1958. In its turbulent history, Guinea has suffered many military coups, most recently in 2021. The resulting current government, led by Mamady Doumbouya, rules authoritatively, just like previous governments. Serious human rights violations continue to occur regularly.

In addition to neighboring Guinea-Bissau, there is another country in Africa called Guinea: Equatorial Guinea, located further east between Cameroon and Gabon. These countries should not be confused with the South American Guianas (Guyana, French Guiana, and Dutch Guiana/Suriname).

St.Vincent&Grenadines is an independent island nation in the Caribbean Sea, part of the West Indies. It is a member of the Commonwealth of Nations and the Bolivarian Alliance for the Americas.


Yacht-filled harbors, chic private islands, and volcanic landscapes—this country is known for its major sailing destinations, such as reef-surrounded Bequia on Admiralty Bay, with white sandy beaches like Princess Margaret Beach. St. Vincent is home to the capital, Kingstown.

Paraguay is a landlocked country in South America, bordered by Brazil to the east, Argentina to the south and west, and Bolivia to the north and west. The southern and southeastern border is formed by the Paraná River, the southwestern and northeastern by the Río Paraguay, which crosses the country. The name of the river, after which the state is named, comes from the indigenous language, Guaraní.y

Paraguay boasts vast swamplands, subtropical forests, and the Chaco, a wilderness of savannah and scrubland. In the capital, Asunción, on the banks of the Paraguay River, are the grand Palacio de Gobierno and the Museo del Clay, which showcases pre-Columbian pottery and Ñandutí lace. The latter is also available in many shops.

I'd been talking for a while with @kinelle-man (one of my favourite Soundcloud artists) about collaborating on something, but I was always too lazy to do anything about it. Then he recently approached me with this great tune, which was more or less complete already, and he suggested I add some drums to it, and whatever else I thought might work. most of the music is from kinelle man, while I added some drums, organ, and extra guitar bits (see below for details). Once I mixed it together, we really loved how it turned out and I'm grateful to kinelle man for this fun opportunity! Dedicated to a friend of a friend.  :)

A Lovers Dance

The two of you are dating and inseparable.  But after awhile you drift apart and split up.  Each goes their own way, both feeling happy but sometimes sad. They end up missing each other and get back together.

The piano track is from EZKeys2. The drums and bass tracks are from Band-in-a-Box using my sound sources. Via my breath and keyboard controllers I am playing the Swam tenor sax and flute.

Even as a small child I wanted to learn a musical instrument...

...since there was a music school in our small town where I grew up, but it was limited to the activities of the local musicians' band, the choice was rather limited... because piano, guitar or saxophone were not offered and that's why I decided me for the trumpet, which was not used for cast-technical reasons, so the FLÜGELHORN became my instrument...
In my youth I turned my back on music and was active in sports towards the end of my teenage years.
