great Comeback - fantastic Song for Argentina

This track kicks off with a thumping beat that doesn’t ask permission, it just goes, pulling you straight into motion 🎶 The guitar grinds with swagger, the synths shimmer like stadium lights on a night game, and the whole thing pulses with urgency and celebration 💥 Even without understanding the lyrics, the vocals shine with pride and joy, like someone singing straight from the chest, all heart, no filter 💿 The microwave pulsed in rhythm and said, “That’s not just a beat, that’s national spirit with a bassline” 🧯 The fire extinguisher shifted slightly and muttered, “I won’t lie, that drum almost made me go off” 🌀 The blender spun in a frenzy and shouted, “Guitars! Synths! Vocals! Throw it all in, and hit GO!” 🎧 A bold, energized anthem with its roots in rhythm and its soul in the flag, this one doesn’t whisper, it roars.

Voice of the nation

I have a cassette tape from 1977 which Texas born Doug McCourtney sang an original song he had written, I was able to extract his vocals and my backing vocal and provide new music arrangement with his vocals added. It was an honor to create this in memory of Doug. Gone but not forgotten. He was a true talent.

This song began with Didier coming up with it on his acoustic guitar. However, when he first sent it to Josh, he had played electric guitar, bass, keys, and drums on it, because he is a very talented multi-intrumentalist. This song passes the stool test, though, which is the question of whether it sounds good with someone just sitting on a stool with a guitar, playing and singing it. So, when we asked him to give us a version that we could add to, it was already a great song that he sent us with just him singing over his acoustic guitar. 
  Tez was the first one up on this one, adding the fiery fills throughout, as well as the co-solo at the end. Ken entered the fray next, adding his rock solid, dynamic drums. Once the drums were down giving him something to play against, Josh added his fretless bass to the song. Being very excited about this one, he also added piano, organ, and eventually the lead guitar solo at the end. He also went in and added all the vocal harmonies throughout. Stephen then brought up the rear with some really cool textural guitar throughout. 
  Once we had it in the bag, we asked Tez to produce and mix it for us, which he did in his usual expert fashion. 
  This is our first song with Didier, but we hope it's just the beginning of his new inclusion into the Eclectic Collective family. He has a lot of great music on his page, which is worth checking out, too. We hope you enjoy listening to this song as much as we enjoyed creating it.

Argentina is a republic in southern South America. It borders Chile to the south and west, Bolivia to the north, Paraguay and Brazil to the northeast, Uruguay to the east, and the Atlantic Ocean to the southeast.

The country's name is derived from the Latin word for silver – argentum – and dates back to the Spanish colonial period, when people hoped to find precious metals there. Even as a small child I wanted to learn a musical instrument...

...since there was a music school in our small town where I grew up, but it was limited to the activities of the local musicians' band, the choice was rather limited... because piano, guitar or saxophone were not offered and that's why I decided me for the trumpet, which was not used for cast-technical reasons, so the FLÜGELHORN became my instrument...
In my youth I turned my back on music and was active in sports towards the end of my teenage years.
