ironically a song about how much there is to be happy about had me stressing out the most throughout this entire project lol... i love the idea of this song but turning that idea into real life was a soul-sucking process, the vocals just were never really right. im thinking i'll do a reprise of this song again in a couple months when im a little better at this whole singing thing, because i just love this song a lot

story behind this is me being stressed and depressed out of my mind a couple months back because of everything and nothing and telling my friend i wanted to be like a dog at the park: hysterically happy about every single little damn thing and just there. in the moment, paying close attention to every little glittering detail about our world, realizing that what life is really about is just grass and puddles, man.
