Christopher Dean is a 26 year old pop singer songwriter from South Wales, UK. Having always had a huge passion and love for music it was obvious Chris would take a musical direction and fight hard to live his dream of becoming a successful singer/songwriter. Chris has achieved many songwriting awards including a Runner Up position in "The Song Of The Year" a Finalist and Semi-Finalist in "The UK Songwriting Contest" Chris has been singing since a toddler, and purchased his first acoustic guitar for his 8th birthday. Songwriting came later in life where he would record acoustic demo's at home and also travelled many times to London recording demo tracks in the studio, including working with producer Stuart Epps, credits to: Elton John, Robbie Williams, Oasis. Chris has appeared in the press, and on radio including BBC Radio Wales where he was interviewed by Roy Noble, and Mal Pope, where his demo's were aired. Local radio stations also interviewed and aired Christopher's demo tracks many times including, Mountain FM, Radio Tircoed, and BRFM. Christopher Dean has grown himself as an artist from the ground up, having had no professional vocal training or guitar lessons, Chris is completely self taught with a great love and passion for music, and a childhood dream of becoming a successful singer songwriter.
