Sometime I would like to do a guitar instrumental piece with you. And get you to play more than a bar of guitar solo.  It sounds so good, as does everything else.

This month's song challenge, issued by Hugo Moroux and Ben Levin, was to make a song titled You are Now Logged In, with that title as the theme. My mind immediate went to the sound the original Playstation makes when you turned it on, so I used that for a bit of inspiration behind my song. For the lyrics, I just wrote some words that I felt fit the atmosphere.

A song challenge track with the prompt simply being the title "You Are Now Logged In". Somewhere along the way, that turned into "Thank You for Logging In" in my head, lol. For me it conjured up an image of a hacker trying to get access to a server(or The Matrix itself) and getting more than they bargained for!

Musically, this turned out to be a disco track with quite a few time signature changes behind the scenes. Still pretty danceable, methinks!

Hello friends. I am posting this on behalf of Doc Whom (whom had to go to work)!
Doc did the instrumental and production. 
I did the vocals, the guitar solo, and finishing touches. 
This was all incredibly last minute, and Doc hasn't even heard this yet so I hope they enjoy it!
Warning, I absolutely BAKED the mastering because I'm a masochist/sadist, and I love how the first Sleigh Bells album sounds. 

The lyrics were written in like 30 minutes like 2 hours ago. My parts were all recorded quickly.
There was a shooting recently in the town I work, that also happens to be within the state where we both live. This song is written from the perspective of some of the extremely callous and jaded people I've come across in the aftermath.

A different approach for this one, no modular just audio samples and instrument and effect plugins. Mainly because I wanted to see what I could do with the Stochas probabilistic sequencer. https://stochas.org I also had some other effects and instruments that I wanted to give a proper outing.
