Every time I play in a club or a party, I challenge myself to experiment with different electronic music styles. To keep it interesting and fun for the dancefloor and me, I like to think of my sets as musical journeys and so I never set my playlists in advance. Every DJ has their style. For me, I always go with the flow and select tracks based on the dancefloor's vibe or wherever I wish to take the party. While this is the adrenaline rush I chase (and love), the pressure of what to play next, in the time pressure also sometimes leads to unsuitable track selections and mixing errors - and this is what you might hear in this mix. I was not optimistic about putting this set on Soundcloud; however, I chose against it and embrace the mistakes as "lessons". Here I am presenting you a DJ set in all its natural form, with what some may call 'odd track selections' and some 'mixing errors'; I hope you can overlook them and enjoy this mix nonetheless. This was my first time playing at the new CZ location, a lot of friends came out for the 8-10am settime.   while most of you were probably sleeping on a sunday morning, many were stomping at the CZ.... ha!
now... being that it was a 8am settime at an infamous afterhours, and playing after my homegirl Barroness who slays it hard every time, i must admit i was a little anxious about playing this.  I had to play hard and heavy to keep them dancing at those hours... it was certainly a set "outside of my comfort zone at comfort zone" (credit to Tanya the pun queen)...

big thanks to the entire Wiggly family that came out and stayed till the lights were turned on... thank you for showing this guy so much love

your listening to a live recorded set from CODA night club, one of Toronto's premium dance and techno venues.  Recorded on  Saturday Jan 16 2016 for the Concept launch event hosted by FLOH Entertainment.  Big thank you to the entire Coda and FLOH team for putting together such an amazing night.  Thanks to Alec Luna for the awesome photos of the night.

Now a little about this set: so Coda is known for being an awesome techno club, and my set time was a 1:30-3am headliner slot, so I felt like I had to bring it, and bring it hard I did.  With that in mind, this set probably a harder set then you'r used to hearing from me, yet it is stuff that I love to play and the the club banging to.

Also a big thank you to all my fans and friends who came out for this event, it was so great to see so many familiar faces at this venue.
