Caught Benny & West at Boiler Room + Jazz Café earlier this month. Their rap-heavy style stuck with me, but I wanted to hear it with more groove and heavier low end. So I flipped the already cold Jasmine’s with Westside on a dreamy trap bounce and Benny stomping through a dark, distorted switch.
