Joshwa makes a much-anticipated return to Jamie Jones’ Hot Creations this July with his irresistible two-tracker ‘Lost In Music’. Following the runaway success of 2023’s ‘Bass Go Boom’, which quickly became one of the year’s most played tracks, championed heavily by the likes of John Summit, Gorgon City, Fisher, MK, and BBC Radio 1’s Danny Howard, the two-tracker delivers two contrasting moods, serving up fresh heat from sunset to sunrise.

Leading the release, title track ‘Lost In Music’ reimagines a timeless disco classic through a contemporary house lens, delivering textured percussion, sparkling funk-laced synths, and an infectious groove that captures the euphoria of summer dancefloors. On the flip side, ‘High’ shifts to a moodier, club-focused sound, featuring deep bass rumbles and Joshwa’s trademark powerful, tension-filled breakdowns, propelled by a driving bassline built to move crowds.

Since breaking through in 2022 with major collaborations alongside Lee Foss, CID, and Martin Ikin, the UK DJ and producer has remained a dominant force on the global tech house circuit. Currently in the midst of a busy summer schedule, with performances lined up at the likes of Paradise and elrow, and backed by ongoing Beatport chart success, he adds to his recent Black Book Records heater ‘GDH’ with an impressive high-energy return to Hot Creations for his second outing.

Hottrax continues to spotlight tomorrow’s talent with the arrival of Manchester-based duo MINDLESS., who make their label debut with the bold and club-focused ‘Turn It Up’ EP. Formed by Harry Carvell and Kieran Dearden, MINDLESS. is a new name emerging from the UK’s house landscape. Having only launched the project earlier this year, the pair have quickly found traction, catching the attention of tastemakers and DJs alike. Now, just months after their first release, they step onto Jamie Jones’ influential imprint, joining a catalogue renowned for championing fresh artists and future sounds. 

“Honestly, we can’t believe that in the space of six months we have gone from making our first track together for fun after work, to getting a Hottrax EP - a label that was only considered a dream to release on back in February. We thought it might be a joke because we really didn't expect this so soon! It is an honour to release on the same label as household names within the scene who inspired us to begin this journey originally. Jamie, being a key driver to our love for music, makes this release so special to us.
