SKNNRS emerged at the end of 2019 in Aguascalientes City.
It’s an electronic music project that began with the idea of generating sounds to transmit the lonely feeling in the middle of an industrialized world overwhelmed by technology.

They’re trying to make real organic sounds merging elements like analog synthesizers, electric guitars, effects and rhythm machines.

Although they started with something basic and minimalist, throughout the time the band has evolved and expanded its sound, without leaving the essence of the genre, since, as its members see it, there are no limits when creating and transmitting its noise to the world.

For the new release of Haunted Space, SKKNRS joins the label with their debut material “Come On”, an original cold-minimal sequenced track that communicates the main style of the band.

This issue also includes a heavy remix by one of the label heads Haunted Strasse.

What had once began as a small gathering of friends soon snowballed into something beyond the realms of their imagination. Through word of mouth people came from far and wide to experience these moments of euphoria themselves; the reputation of these clubs and DJs now preceded them. They had no idea this was a movement; that they were on the cusp of something influential that would go down in history.

With his debut release on Italo Moderni, Bristol-born, Berlin-based producer Antoni Maiovvi explores Bakalao: the popular dance scene in Valencia in the 80s and 90s. Drawing inspiration from this influential period for underground clubbing in Spain — "Movida Valenciana and its direct heir, the so-called ''Ruta Destroy'' — the four tracks on the release explore strains of Italo disco (unsurprisingly), minimal synth, electro and EBM, backed up by remixes from Jensen Interceptor, Cardopusher and WLDV.

Antoni Maiovvi’s debut EP on Italo Moderni with four original tracks influenced by the Bakalao from Valencia in the 90’s. The so-called ”Ruta Destroy” was a direct hit to the “Movida Valenciana” and consisted of the largest clubbing movement in Spain. It started in certain aspects the clubbing movement in the country, and had long-term consequences on the form of nightlife in Spain. Including a remix by Jensen Interceptor and Cardopusher.

Antoni Maiovvi - Generous Degenerate

Also known for his long and successful career as Paco Buggin, Silicodisco is the result of a cocktail of inspirations that range from post nu wave and synthwave to indie dance and even EBM by Madrid producer Paco Jiménez. With works in Ombra Int, Rotten City or Critical Monday among others, this year 2021 he lands in Espacio Cielo for the second time accompanied by Xacome.

Xacome is Rastro Live founder, a streaming platform dedicated to show the best talent of Spain, specially focusing in DJ's from Madrid, they also have club nights in venues as "El Sotano" (Madrid). He makes his debut as producer in 2020, releasing some works for Cenital Music

Returning to Kyma Komplex for the first time since his appearance on the "Distopía" EP, Brazilian DJ and producer Lucas Novaes from São Paulo presents the "Ganas" EP for the label's twelfth release. He blends EBM, dark disco, and synth-wave influences into warm indie dance tracks.

"Ganas" is a heavy tune with fleshy arpeggiated bass and trippy delayed vocals driven by punchy kicks. "Deslizadero" is more intense and cosmic, as if we were traveling through a dense nebula of sound with a hypnotic lead line, driving synths, and drums.

The pack also features remixes from Ludmila Fuks, who infuses the original track "Ganas" with jumbled percussion, busted kick drums, and acid gurgles to create an unstoppable atmosphere. She cooks up some brain-frying beats. Next, remixing "Deslizadero" is Abby Knives, a talent from Argentina. Her version has a brilliantly darker machine soul, heavy distorted beat, and rigid grooves run through with haunting vocal sounds that build pressure and will flip out the floor.

On remix duties, Pvlomo sends us back a superb reconstruction and a big narcotic vocal job talking about what we have "Ganas" for, a solid, electrifying, and ethereal track with a filthy bass while the synthesizers take you deep. It’s brilliant and wonderful. Closing the EP is our dear Panko, delivering another mix of "Deslizadero" that keeps you in a trance state with flailing percussive sounds, glassy synths, and cosmic stabs that make for superbly indie dance. All working you into an emotional affair that makes for a great trip on the dance floor

C.A.R. - This City (Timothy Clerkin Remix)

Following his appearance on Soil Records' second anniversary commemorative album, Rambal Cochet earned himself a special place on the label. His style makes him unique, the repeated tonal use of the harmonic minor scale is perhaps the most characteristic of this artist, with a musicality in his works that recall an early stage of Goa, situated long before moving to the force and energy of psy - trance.

His return this time is solo and he does it starring in the tenth reference on vinyl with UFO Researcher, an EP that he releases with 3 original tracks and 2 versions by Cute Heels and Pablo Bozzi. The homonymous track opens side A with an imposing bass and a rhythm that doubles its tempo as if it were IDM, but this is just the foundation of a much more complex sounding structure in which the melodies are crossed by different ranges of frequencies. . Paco Resist is the second track on side A, a cut with the standardized metric of techno but with a great groove originating from the bass line and with arpeggiated melodic elements. The Cute Heels version is more direct than the original track, its rhythm is more marked, direct and less expansive.

Side B opens with Tatra Tropicana, a track with a different sound from the rest, set in a scenario more typical of Synthwave and although this time the musicality is simpler because there are few tonal variations, Rambal Cochet's predilection for the minor hues. The version of Tatra Tropicana by Pablo Bozzi closes the EP. the remix is ​​much more energetic and its sound variations take on an acid tinge.
