Raspberry Tortoise are Alan Radley and Simon Roadnight and have been writing and performing together since 1986! Having initially gone under the naff (although used by a chart act) name of Disclosure the pair reconvened in 1996 to perform under the new moniker of Raspberry Tortoise! Their first release was Glowing In The Rain in 1997. Godsends and Pitfalls followed in 2001 but Simon, in particular, is loath to share anything with the general public from these two albums! It was 2007's Hiding In The Darkness which saw the pair finally produce a coherent album they were both entirely happy with! Subsequent releases have been 2011's Dance Again and the brand new offering A Distant Memory. We sincerely hope you find our music both interesting and enjoyable...
