Up in the icy north, were the population is so small that the people that the musicians you really click with are bound to come from somewhere else musically, 3 musical brothers (Lárus, Patås, Kim Dürbeck) set out to create a platform for their creative outlet, a club-focused label devoid of genre-catering and specific sound manufacturing, a label that clings solely to the spirit pf playfulness. 

To get things going theyve curated a digital-only V/A with a broad range of likeminded playful producers delivering anything from sunrisey trance-tracks, footworked jungle journeys, polyrhytmic breaks, to spa acid. 

Einerlei brings a full-on hyperfunctional trancey techno pounder to the comp. A track that will keep the feet stamping, hips grooving, and minds in suspense with the haunting melody that runs through the track like a holy ghost.

Sound sorcerer Fabrizio Lapiana returns to his label Attic Music with the three-track EP ‘Plenilunio’. On his third release of the year, Lapiana delivers elastic grooves and fluid dynamism through detailed floor fillers. B-side collaborator Donato Dozzy lends his kinetic signature style to a reworking of the title track.

Welcome to the spring of 2024!

This season, synonymous with life and renewal, is the perfect time to launch this new opus in the ACCENTVA series, a deliberately eclectic and inclusive review of current developments on the electronic music scene. With a more generous format than ever before, it makes room for both well-known label producers and pioneering artists whose work criss-crosses the world with their unique and immediately identifiable sound. Nearly thirty artists have responded to the invitation and are brought together here to give us a glimpse into the prism of contemporary musical creation. Nor are there any presupposed and therefore definitive barriers of genre or style, On the contrary, the contours here are intended to be voluntarily porous and slippery, each track being interconnected with another, or at least echoing what we might call the zeitgeist.

The experimental duo These Hidden Hands will release their forthcoming album’s single 'SZ31X71' on 11th July 2016. The release marks an exciting new chapter in the group’s musical direction and will include a remix by revered Tri Angle artist Roly Porter. 'SZ31X71' will be released via Hidden Hundred as limited edition 180g red vinyl with hand-screen-printed covers and as digital download.

On 8th August 2016 These Hidden Hands will release 'Vicarious Memories', their second LP and follow-up to their 2013 debut album which saw the successful collaboration of Alain Paul and Tommy Four Seven and the launch of their creative platform Hidden Hundred.

Earlier this year These Hidden Hands resurfaced with 'These Moments Dismantled’, a single featuring Lucrecia Dalt, also available on Hidden Hundred as digital download and on vinyl.

Inland returns to his home label with a new four track EP - ‘2122’.

After an explorative soundtrack-LP with conceptual artist Julian Charrière on A-TON in late 2018, and a high pressure club 12’’ on Figure in March, this next EP from the UK-born producer (Ed Davenport) tightens the gap between those two contrasting disciplines. Tough, galvanic techno cuts pair with detailed bleep trips in a new strain of mature and confident output.

On the A1 and B1 lie optimised, modernist DJ tools; ‘2122’ and ‘Noisefields’ both journey toward a brooding, alien inferno. Meanwhile orbiting alarm signals (’Stowaway’) and the psychedelic funk of ‘Lifeline’ chart a lesser-known course, scanning the outer reaches in search of new sonic textures and future dance rituals.

The vinyl release of '2122' will feature a full-cover sleeve featuring artwork by London-based photographer Tom Kavanagh. Mastered by FAR.
