This collection of heavy hitting electro encompasses an array meshing the breakbeat soul from the 80’s Miami bass scene with pitched ghetto tech, bouncy rap inspired vocals to deliver a ghetto breaks EP that is from another planet. With ATM, US transplants hailing from Japan, and remixers from all over the world, this release really shines a light on the true grit of electronic music regardless of geographic location. Elements of beautiful yet eerie melodies and erratic sequences create an edgy landscape for these real heads to pack their respective punches. Impeccable mix of deep lush chords, crispy processed drums with groovy swing showcasing the evolution of the amen break, the angel break, and harmonious yet aggressive sound design show that the Native Fam means business in a big way.
