The Gold Coast, Australia has its own breed. The salty air, the warm water, the white sand, and damn quality house music. All this great energy, it makes perfect sense that this city is fast becoming a hub for dance music in Australia. Maybe we owe part of it to Fisher but that's another story in itself.

One musical talent from our slice of paradise is Jordan Burns! Bodyboarder by day, producer by night and absolute wizard when it comes to producing. Being brought up on guitar and playing in bands and even writing pop music on the side, he has still managed to put his signature stamp on the electronic music.

We are really pumped to have him join the family here with us with this fire, bass-heavy 2 tracker. For such a beach bum, he writes some pretty dark records.

‘Rollin’’ is a wigged out chugger with gut-wrenching leads and a gangster af vocal. ‘Move It’ is at full force from beginning to end with a super energetic baseline and has been championed by Kyle Watson at a lot of his recent shows.

In a world where most vocal samples rarely span more than 7 syllables, OMNOM & Dances With White Girls have already proven themselves to be in a league of their own when it comes to lyrical prowess. 

But they have truly outdone themselves in this truly "epic" piece of ART, spanning from glaciers to volcanoes, the depths of our oceans to the furthest reaches of outer space. 

Described by some as “The Lord of the Rings, Shrek, and Star Wars having a drug-induced threesome at 125BPM,” Babysitter sets a new standard for sci-fi fairytale imagery in House music, the likes of which we may never see again in this lifetime. 

When asked what it was like to try to harness the power of the mystical, magical, (sometimes vitriolic) lightning rod that is Dances With White Girls, OMNOM simply replied: "I am 100% certain that Dances is the voice of God. I was just there to create a religious experience."

We would like to be the first independent dance music record label to take our show on the road. Literally. With help from supporters, label-head Matthew Anthony will be customizing a Sprinter Van to pick up artists in one city to play shows in the next while remote operating the label in an ongoing Perfect Driver tour. Our goal is to give Perfect Driver artists and fans a one of a kind experience. A #VanLife styled road trip where the DJ plays shows in big cities, small towns and everywhere in between, all while producing music in a mobile recording studio. Picture the Perfect Driver high-top Sprinter Van at a local art show or skate park with artists performing from the back. Or our #DJsAndCooking web-series broadcasting live from festivals. Imagine pit stops in National Parks while documenting artist & industry conversations on YouTube or Patreon for subscribers. Our plan includes playing quarterly shows in major markets.

If you're a Perfect Driver artist, we want to bring you on the road. If you're a show promoter or venue, we want to talk about working together.
