This collection consists entirely of live recordings, gleaned from many hundreds of hours spent listening to live concert recordings of the band. A good deal of the songs are 2-track recordings taken from the Dick’s Picks series of releases, although some more hi-fi multi-track recordings, like the hallowed Europe ‘72 version of Morning Dew, are included. On Friday 10th August 2018 I had the pleasure to play all night long at a natural wine bar in Berlin named Motif Wein. This allowed to me to explore the B-sides of records new and old.
