It's so sad  that we can not have gigs.  Musicians all around the world still have hard times due to pandemic.
I composed this song for my band, but the next gig is cancelled because COVID-19 infection is increasing again. So I present this song in one-man band style here .

This is a track by Dan X2 that was made in May of 2016.  It has gotten lost over the years.  Dan Blackard recently mentioned that it is missing in our song lists.  So here it is.  Brought back from the Dead.  I don't know what genre this should be called.  What do you think is the genre?

I wrote this song during the lockdown, imagining how much more difficult things would have been in days gone by, when earlier generations had so very little means of communication. Travelling minstrels would go from town to town and entertain the local people. In my mind, I pictured townsfolk gathering to listen to a minstrel's song, bringing a message of hope, that their future would be brighter, all joining in to sing in candlelight, illuminating the darkness. I hope this song brings some joy in dark times.
