Yes it’s that time of year again where LSM main man Sid and resident artist Fifties put their heads together and bring you a free track or dj mix everyday in the run up to Christmas. Day 3 sees Holocene take to the stage! You may also know this talented chap from Cornwall as Cakeboy AKA Paul Croley. Collaborating on tracks with with Memphis based vocalist Annie Freres, this latest venture takes things away from the dancefloor and more towards a melodic and emotive sound.

This is my Spin City Show that went out live on myhouseradio.fm 12.05.2019. This week I was joined by my good friend Bombyce on guest duties, and boy did he nail it!  

Based in France, Bombyce has been buying music since the age of 12 and has been mixing, purely as a hobby, for over 20 years. He, rightfully, has a huge following on Soundcloud and always produces impecable sets, packed with quality tunes, whether the bpm is on the slower side or full on throbbing disco vibes. He is an all round great guy who describes himself as a person that has a huge passion for music. Bruno is one of these guys that you know as soon as you click play on a mix of his, it is going to be class. Tried to keep it fairly simple this time around and keep everything as a more straight forward funk edit - but with mostly just louder drums. Mostly I was just hoping to breath some new life into some fairly obscure funky tracks that I stumbled upon. It's hard to find original tracks to edit these days that haven't already been done before (let's be honest does SC really need another edit of 'Love Rollercoaster'!?)

I tried my best to dig deep and get off the grid ... but it's more than likely I'm not the first dude to climb Everest with these tracks. I'm feeling good about myself at this point so please don't share any links to the same songs that were already remixed / edited 7 years ago!
