After a selection of Rave The Planet's anthem remixes, it is time for the exclusive original tracks again! The next instalment, number 12 in our Supporter Series catalog, belongs to real Techno legends: Alan Oldham aka https://soundcloud.com/dj-t-1000 and https://soundcloud.com/damagemusicberlin, whose names are synonymous with the Berlin underground Techno scene.

Alexander Kowalski (Kanzleramt, Tronic), owner of Damage Music Berlin, is a true electronic music maestro whose skillfull and fearless approach helped him create masterpieces that are now considered Techno classics. His latest "Summer Storm" is no exception, with powerful and complex beat arrangement and layers of deep and spheric pads carrying the healing message of electronic music.

The second track on the sampler is by Alan Oldham aka DJ T-1000 (Tresor, BPitch Control), who co-wrote the Techno music history in its early days back in Detroit as a member of Underground Resistance. Based in Berlin for almost a decade, Alan knows precisely how socially important the clubbing culture is and he has expressed his stand and strong support in our UNESCO documentary. "Hyperdrive" features his signature 909 programming, massive reverberated claps, snare shuffles and evolving arpeggio build up.

All proceeds from the Rave The Planet Supporter Series sales go directly into Rave The Planet's non-profit aims to protect techno culture as a UNESCO Intangible Heritage and to bring back the spirit of the Berlin Love Parade with a new 'big techno parade' again in 2023.

Hola Hola Everybody, now the glorious day for us is come. We stay for this in Germany and present You today with very Big Pleasure & Honor the second half of the main Residents from the legendary Aufschwung Ost / Stammheim Kassel Dj Pierre. The other half Dj Marky was presented here short ago. God Bless Pierre all the time, for all he had done for the hole Stammheim Kids Crew. Big Ups from us to him always. Pierre is for us one of the main important Electronic Music Motivators, Dj and Club-Resident. He had played worldwide his famous Vinyl Dj Sets and had many various Dj-Residenzies in mainly European Clubs. After the Stammheim was closed, he grounded the new Home Party Series near Offenbach with Marky, with Pierre and Marky and the other great Residents Chi, Bine, Norman and Fish we had so many excellente Partys over nearly ten years, in one of the worlds most rocking Clubs our Stammheim in Kassel. Pierre and Marky were, from the first till the last days of the Club, the main Guys & Dj's there, who have maked this all possible. All these extra Big Events, with the God's on the Turntables, like for example Major Rush, Hawtin, Liebing, Hawkins, Pascal Feos, Sven Väth and so on... . We think there was much to less to see & hear from Pierre in the last years, on the social media plattforms. To change this direct a bit, we present one of his longest and last Sets, it was recorded live at 09.12.2011 @ Club A.R.M. on a Nachschwung Rost Party. The Set is, with nearly four and a half hours, the longest Set on the Podcast here, a very Big Wav File with 2,62 Gygabyte. Pierre played a very nice Journey over the genres Techno/Acid/Electro and Trance. He was totally in his element this night, so how we love him for his very Big Dj Passion, this You can feel now very good by tuning in. Very much nice Effects & Vocals and a lot of this Big Releases, which he had played very often over the years, are in the Set. Here five examples for the Releases Pierre had used for the Set-Up, One Night in NYC, Deeper Inside my Mind, the Pills the Rills from Green Velvet, Suicide Commander from Dj Hell and Smack my Bitch Up from the Prodigy. This is the beginning of our podcast series. 
The podcast will feature artists which have played in our club. With this we want to give you the possibility to recap the greatest parties at our beloved Suicide Circus, to fix highlights for the future or basically to listen to good music.
The first mix comes from PIERRE. Since the mid 90s, Pierre is listed among the most popular techno DJs in Germany. He gained wide spread respect and attention as resident DJ at Aufschwung Ost, the legendary club in Kassel, which was renamed Stammheim later. 

This set was recorded at Suicide Circus 2012-02-19.

“If you still want a playground in the future, you should play tomorrow’s music today, but don’t completely disregard the past and the present, as few will be unable to keep up with you – and a party is no fun on your own.”

Short and to the point
Pierre, 29, often-booked DJ, producer, label owner, legend of “Aufschwung Ost”, “Stammheim” and “Hotel Reiss”, began to organise parties at the tender age of 16, originally in a quiet village. Since he became twenty, he lost interest in public educational institutions and preferred to teach himself. Pierre has founded several companies, plagued his employees, earned and lost money, so he knows all about paying for experience.
Pierre’s perfect party takes place in an atmosphere free of rules yet cultivated, uses a good sound system, a stage set at head height with the crowd, delicious drinks and healthy, unrestrained people in a balanced mix of gender and social standing.
Pierre love(d) Stammheim, the Omen, the FUSE in Brussels, the Alive Festival at St. Vith and . The club culture of straightforward beats would benefit from an overhaul, he said. Asked whether he could imagine still playing in clubs at 40 or 50, he thought it would be “good”, although he refrained to answer. It doesn’t matter. By the way: Even the old pro DJ Pierre sometimes has stage fright, particularly when the gig means a lot to him.
