This edition is a very special one! Electronic music pioneers from Japan 🇯🇵 took us to stunning locations that visually compliment their deep Techno beats.

www.soundcloud.com/ken-ishii-70drums has been regarded internationally as one of the Japanese Techno pioneers. He produced the official theme song for the winter Olympics 1998 in Nagano. After creating the soundtrack to ‘Whiteout’ movie in 2000 he was nominated to the Japanese Academy Awards. 

In 2004 he won the Best Techno DJ at ‘Dance Music Awards’ in Ibiza Spain, proving himself to be one of the world’s most talented DJ's in the scene. In 2020 he produced the official theme to celebrate the 40th anniversary of PAC-MAN, one of the most known games in the history.

The former Weplayminimal Booking, based in Frankfurt and Berlin, launched in 2010, is an international booking agency operating for various artists of the techhouse – techno genre. Our young and upcoming artists are our credo. With their music activities and individual being they are our top priority.

By M.in’s track on Play It Down „I am my favourite freak“, the idea for a different kind of freakshow was born in Summer 2011. With letting our mind wander, creating a construct as fundation, which now represent a series of events, label and booking at the same time. „My Favourite Freaks“ is meant to be a community of like-minded people who spur their own thing – just good music – on.

He started his djing career when he was very young in Naples, the city where many famous house and techno dj's come from. Today, thanks to his ability at the mixer and to his musical background, Irregular Synth is really appreciated by the clubbers, because he always focuses his attention on the dancefloor..., in order to let everybody live a special experience through his sound. His dj set usually contains many original elements such as groovy vibes, melodies and funky bass lines. Irregular Synth is also a prolific producer and his latest tracks were released on some international labels.

Back in 1997, https://www.soundcloud.com/damagemusicberlin performed for the first time in Berlin’s most cherished vault under the alias DisX3. The energy of his debut live act at Tresor.Berlin (OFFICIAL) was such that in 1999 he would release two powerful techno EPs on the club’s label.

Since then and until today, a never ending stream of creativity, backed with releases on the most important labels like Kanzleramt Music, Tronic Music, ODD / EVEN, Mute Records... and performances on major festivals such as Awakenings, Time Warp, MAYDAY Dortmund and I Love Techno , have granted Alex an undeniable master status.

In 2009 his own label Damage Music Berlin was born.
