SONIC: OLD ROOTS is a reinterpretation of the infamous Sonic.EXE creepypasta from the ground up as a video game adaptation, been developed since 2022 at this current moment.

While following the original fangame created by MY5TCrimson, this game aims to create a faithful feeling to the original while somewhat emulating a more gritty, cheesy, yet 90s horror video game type of deal(ex. Splatterhouse or Castlevania: Bloodlines), as well more additional routes and content.

You may formerly known by the project by name Sonic.exe 2022 Remake, or SONIC Remastered.
