For this second release we wanted to show different facets of hardtechno through a 6 tracks various artists from promising French producers :

- The post-punk and EDM techno influenced of Dersee with its catchy ravy leads carried by powerful basslines tailored to make people dance.
- RAVL, is the kind of producer that can hardly be labelled. He delivers bright, cutting-edge tracks which are a crossroad between his heteroclite influences. The track is named after the funk drummer Louis Cole who RAVL sampled in order to use it here as a main element.
- Mhoax provides both hard industrial techno tracks and melancholic, melodic hard techno. Lost are the Birds is one of these, displaying an heady melody which evolves all along the track.
- Melancholic melodies are also characteristic of Artisan's productions, here carried by a powerful Reese bassline.
- Influenced by artists such as Perc, JoeFarr, Dahryl... June the 9th's uses his tracks as a space to experiment which brings percussions and distorted sounds to the forefront.
- Okkoto already has a solid reputation for his hardcore productions and live performances tinged with metal music. "Pain", he delivers this time an hard techno track with schranz touch which integrates this background making it an unique hybrid between techno, hardcore and schranz.

Oscillant entre Lyon et Marseille, l’heureux @ravlsncld nous propose sa barque sur l’océan de la musique électronique avec pour équipage de nombreux artistes underground chinés dans tous les ports USB du monde mais aussi quelques grands noms phares du genre.

Ses productions sont miroirs de ses influences : sérénades berlinoises, préludes de Detroit et pavanes crème anglaise, ainsi se caractérise l’itinéraire du sauveur.
Beau héros aux sets énergisants, il défie les hasards de la nuit en mêlant techno,grime et house, réveillant ainsi nos sens à coups critiques de bass beats et sévères kicks.

DJ & producteur de musique électronique, @ravlsncld est donc union du techno combat et de la bass music, avec pour principales influences @danielavery, @djcostello, @maelstrom, @Sudanim, @paulwoolford ou encore @FJAAK. Ça fait boum, ça turn up, casse des genoux et tape dans le rouge.

Après ses releases chez les lyonnais de @unusual-records et @neo-record, chez les parisiens de @Pontpatton et son apparition sur le V/A de @initiatives-studio qui sera joué jusqu'en Pologne en Boiler Room, en passant par @hoerberlin, RAVL nous concocte un DJ set truffé de pépites phocéenes breakées, d'unreleases acérées et de bangers brûlants. 

Avec un pied à Lyon et un autre dans le sud, le DJ et producteur fait le grand écart entre Techno et Bass Music sans plier les genoux, pour bientôt revenir dans le game Lyonnais avec une sortie musclée en approche, à nouveau chez Unusual Records.

We Were Young is a nostalgic ode to the uncompromising thread of time, in which RAVL wanted to decry the memory of a part of life without anguish nearby those with whom he grew up, laughed and lived as a teenager.
It's not about regrets or a longing to go back, just a fleeting fragment of melancholy quickly caught and unscrupulously passed through synthesizers.

It is also a linking work that is presented here. Between the vocoded tones of the French Touch which accompanied the first plunge into the vast ocean of electronic music, between Techno and rave spirit later discovered between the walls of disused factories oozing with the heat of feverish new occupants. And finally a link with the percussive Breakbeat and Bass Music which more recently appeared in the creations and ears of RAVL.

Long-time friend and partner in crime for HI ROSIE, a more recent meeting but no less promising future frenetic projects for Encoded Data, they’ve been able through their two remixes to telescope their respective universes and the original track with skill.

En partant du malaise ressenti face à notre inévitable soumission au grand Capital, le titre éponyme Money God est incarné par une voix déshumanisée inquisitrice et féminine tout en oppressant de drops clairement passés au hachoir. Il y en a un peu plus, on vous le met quand même ?
