BitterCaress is a French artist, Montreal-based DJ, label manager, and events curator. With a background in classical music, she fell in love with techno upon moving to Montreal in 2014. Since stepping behind the decks in 2018, she has quickly made her mark with a sharp selection that blends heavy bass, raw techno, and trancy atmospheres into a groovy, high-energy style.

Well-established in the Montreal scene, she has played at Stereo Nightclub, SAT, and Piknic Électronik, sharing stages with artists like Amelie Lens, Anetha, and Nur Jaber. Since 2021, she has gained international recognition through mix series and European tours, including a milestone Boiler Room debut in Montreal in 2023. As the driving force behind MFC Records, she uses her platform to support meaningful causes and push the scene forward.

With this mix, BitterCaress captures exactly where she stands musically—a journey through hypnotic rhythms, trippy textures, and trance-infused energy. It’s a blend of freshly unearthed gems and timeless classics, waiting to be unleashed.

His debut release on IMF (Index Marcel Fengler) solidifies his reputation, while his vinyl-only label Lethal Loops cements his status as a driving force in the underground. With a sound that pushes boundaries, Tarkno will continue to gain recognition from techno legends and enthusiasts alike.
