From the epic crescendo of Tell Me, the lush and wistful vibe of Without Your Love, to the quirky sampled groove of the EP's title track, finishing with the icy late nite breaks-meets-bass thud of Yukon, this record is Strictly Business in-deed, and the best kind.

Originally released on this year’s Quantize Summer EP, “Funky Gallo”, produced by Kikko Esse & Emanuele Del Carmine, finally gets a single release! This track stood out last summer amongst a plethora of soul, funk, and disco tracks with an authentic sound that demonstrates Kiko and Emanuele’s ability to make serious music. The Original Mix is a guitar driven groove with a killer bassline, piano and horn riffs. It is a remarkable track that drips soul from beginning to end. Alternatively, DJ Spen, working alongside Ziggy Funk on keyboards, puts together a Classic House mix that pounces with peak hour intensity. It’s a killer reproduction directed towards big room dance floors making “Funky Gallo” an amazing release that is sure to be loved worldwide.

I always get an adrenaline rush when I see a demo from one of my favorites, Roland Nights. When I heard this new collaboration with Dubai artist Man Go Funk I knew it was going straight onto Large. The trumpet runs on both mixes? Those aren't samples but actual live riffs from Man Go Funk himself. Two mixes to choose from here: Roland's club friendly Main Mix and the Jazz Mix for a full brass workout. Hard to pick a favorite!
