Following the successful reception of Ayoneoh’s debut “January 1st” Mixtape, the St. Louis band spent the year preparing a blitz that would precursor their second installment to its growing discography. The Rap and R&B group loosened the reigns and set out on a creative journey that would produce three solo projects to highlight each member’s unique artistic abilities. Ayoneoh’s first steps were to release the Crush EP from their lone singing talent, Sincear.

Sincear's intrinsic style and compassion for music was molded at a very young age. Growing up in a heavily music oriented household, Sincear would often find himself often called to display his amazing talent to the masses. Influenced by some of the R&B greats like Sam Cooke, Marvin Gaye and Bobby Womack, Sincear has a splendid mix of soul with a touch of new flavor.

Set for a July 4th Launch, Crush incorporates 100% of its production from the dynamic trio that comprises Ayoneoh. Along with the edgy instrumentals, each poetic line was painted from the fingertips of Sincear. The 23 Year Old Singer composed a masterpiece that illustrated the hills and valleys of youthful relationships. The nine track EP begins with a chilling intro entitled Dangerous, that describes a promiscuous encounter gone array. Sincear carefully constructed a second rendition of Ayoneoh’s previous single “Promiscuous” and created a beautiful transition from Ayoneoh to Sincear as a single artist. Ironically enough, the Crush EP concludes with the seductive anthem Encore; putting the cherry on top of a skillfully depicted romance.

Musically, Sincear has the lyrical edginess of August Alsina, the soulful range of Musiq, and the personable up-tempo R&B Swagger of a Chris Brown. Sincear has definitely made a statement with his debut EP and by the looks of it, this is only the beginning. 


I've been a vocalist all my life, from the time my Grandmother taught me to sing...to this very moment. Once Music is in your blood, it never leaves. Although I've moved on to a career goal that is more realistic. (Voice Over/Voice Acting), I'll always make music. This is a resume of sorts from my time in the Michigan Metal scene & the 2 bands I had the pleasure of fronting. Other Audio stuff I dig will find it's way on here eventually.  ~ Rick
