Darksound wants to break down with any bond of the Musical Industry. For that purpose, they have decided, ironically, back to the past of rock music launching a single. This single is not going to be included in any future album (LP) but however, keeping all the good quality and the best production required, focusing all our attention and dedication to every single track.

You will be able to listen to the tracks for free and also you will be able to download it for 1€  in any digital plattform (WAV, MP3, FLAC, ACC, etc.) We have remove any intermediary between us and you, our audience. So that, your contribution is decisive in order to carry on future musical productions. So we do need your support to keep on doing new songs and recording more singles or perhaps a new album.

DARKSOUND quiere romper cualquier lazo que tuviera con el pasado de la industria musical, y para lograrlo hemos decidido, irónicamente, volver a los orígenes de la musica Rock, lanzando un single que no pertenece a ningún Lp, sólo en formato digital y sólo a través de internet, pero conservando toda la calidad del trabajo en estudio, enfocando toda nuestra atención y dedicación en cada canción. 

La canción podrá escucharse en todas estas plataformas gratuitamente y descargarse en cualquier formato digital (WAV, Mp3, FLAC, ACC, etc) por el precio de 1€. Hemos eliminado todos los intermediarios entre nosotros y vosotros, nuestro público, asi que desde ahora vuestra aportación es decisiva para que podamos continuar llevando a cabo más producciones. De vuestro apoyo depende que podamos ir más allá, ya sea editando más singles o directamente grabando un Lp.

(FR) Groupe parisien créé en 2008, Former Life évolue dans un univers entre pop-punk et rock/metal alternatif. Des riffs aiguisés, des mélodies catchy et une énergie scénique indéniable, le groupe se démarque par ses prestations « punch the crowd » et la voix rauque et puissante de leur chanteuse.

Après un album en 2010, un 8 titres en 2012, Former Life fera de 2014 l’année du renouveau avec la composition de leur nouvel opus “Blank” (sortie le 18 Mars 2015). Vainqueur du tremplin Evolu’Son, le groupe bénéficiera également d’un accompagnement artistique de la part du Réseau Musique 94, accompagnement qui renforcera le soutien déjà apporté par leur association Go With My Rock.

Du café concert au festival en passant par des MJC et autres salles de concert, Former Life aura foulé plus de 100 scène en 6 ans d’existence. Avec Nell au chant, Damien et PF aux guitares, Naushad à la basse et David à la batterie, le quintette vous propose aujourd’hui, plus qu’un concert : un show!

(EN)  Created around Paris in 2008, Former Life stands in a universe between Pop-punk, Metal and Alternative Rock. Sharp riffs, catchy melodies and an undisputable energy on stage, the band stands out thanks to its « punch the crowd » shows and the hoarse and powerful voice of their singer.

After their first LP in 2010, and an 8-track in 2012, Former Life sets 2014 as the year of revival with their new album « Blank » (release the 8th of March 2015). Winner of the competition Evolu’Son, the band enjoys assistance from Réseau Musique 94, and from their all-time association Go With My Rock as well.

From the rock-cafés to bigger festivals through MJCs and other live houses, Former Life has now performed on more than a hundred stages in their 6 years. With Nell on the vocals, Damien and PF on the guitars, Naushad on the bass and David on the drums, those 5 musicians are ready to offer you more than a live : a show !
