The term "neoSkies" consists of the word "neo", a greek term meaning new, and "skies", which is the atmosphere that stands above us out in our world. Put them together, and you simply get A Brand New Atmosphere for Everyone. "RDL" stands for the name of OCS's rising artists from the entry year in the 2025 academic season. 

Rylan Daniel Lumbao, known as RDLneoSkies is the Filipino-Canadian 15 year-old from Toronto who demonstrates indefatigability towards the work he puts in to make heart touching cinematic-style music inspired by the events that changed him, taught a huge lesson, and looks good captured as a memory to never ever forget in his life. The perspicacious artist began making music for fun because he thought he could use his musical talents to use, such as the piano, drums, and most especially the technologies provided in his third-period piano class. Rylan made his musical debut "Still We Rise" which sparked a significant introduction to the era of production and song writing, singing, rapping, and going all-out as a very prestigious artist from "the 'bow". 

From the ground up, he's rising again to being the best in his life, and music. Even especially after certain moments that brought him down, and becoming RDLneoSkies was. and will still be one of his greatest strengths. It will help him heal, and move forward. A glow stick has to break, before it can glow.
