-When we have clarity of thoughts, it means that we have a clear and focused understanding of our emotions, experiences, and the world around us.-

For me, music is always connected to emotions and helps me a lot to understand them. That's why I'm now launching the “Clarity of Thoughts” project, where I reproduce various feelings and experiences in the form of mixtapes.

Putting together these mixes helps me a lot in dealing with my emotions and achieving clarity of thought. Even though this is a very personal project, I decided to share it with you. Perhaps it will resonate with someone out there, offering comfort and understanding, or simply bring joy to those who appreciate new Trance sets.

OW12 Loek Frey - Nayan

Some things simply need time to brew. Loek Frey returns to Omen Wapta with his third release on the label: Nayan. The Amsterdam-based artist shares a long-standing friendship with label head Woody92 – keeping each other in motion as artistic peers since the label’s inception. Over time, they’ve built a shared archive of material: sound sketches, tracks, and sonic touchpoints – an ever-evolving third space where their paths continue to meet as they move in parallel. Nayan emerges from this deep-rooted exchange: a distilled six-track release that fuses Frey’s cerebral intricacy with the label’s primordial uncanniness, reaffirming both as key voices in a yet-to-be-defined sonic realm.

Diving into the release, Frey’s signature remains intact – tactile, spatial, and rhythmically precise – but a subtle shift is at play. A paring down. A move toward something more reduced, maybe even more patient, yet no less absorbing. The A side leans inward: deep pressure, spectral traces, and an undercurrent of tension that never quite resolves. It’s music for staying with, not escaping from. Flip to the B side and the palette widens – kicks land heavier, patterns loosen, textures fill the full frequency field. Still deeply rooted in the Wapta world, but with an assertiveness that whispers rather than shouts. Somewhere between absence and force.

With Nayan, Loek Frey carries his Omen Wapta narrative into new territory – merging restless experimentation with dancefloor intention.

Fuelled by an endless fascination with sound in all its forms, OTON has spent over a decade navigating the vast spectrum of electronic music through producing, mixing, mastering, and DJing — with live performance at the heart of his explorations in all sorts of mental and hypnotic techno.In 2021, he launched Alliance Club, initially as a platform to share his own music with a growing audience. Today, the project has evolved into an independent collective, party series and imprint, known for its integrity and support of alternative artists and scenes. Alliance Club now holds residencies at some of Belgium's most iconic institutions, including Botanique, Fuse, C12, and Listen Festival. After previously exploring sonic territories characterized by breakbeat rhythms, psychedelic textures, tribal drumming, and raw mental energy, OTON unveiled his critically acclaimed LP, New Forms of Silence, in March 2025. This landmark release marked a decisive and profound shift in his artistic direction, signaling a new chapter in his sonic evolution. This autumn, OTON is set to return with its highly anticipated sequel, New Forms of Silence 2. Nora Asteroid is a DJ and sound artist based between Switzerland and Scandinavia. In her experimental sonic journeys, she explores immersive and progressive realms of ambient and trance music. 

Her hypnotic sets are a passage out of the ordinary into someplace else. She approaches trance as a ritual for overcoming chaos and reaching cosmic expansion. Her bimonthly show EUPHONICA on Transition Radio is dedicated to trance–euphoric–psy-spheres

Traversable Message es el proyecto artístico de Juan Pulgarín, DJ y productor originario de Pereira, Colombia, cuyo recorrido en la música electrónica comenzó en 2007. Desde entonces, su evolución ha sido una búsqueda constante entre el techno, el ambient, el drone y la música experimental, hasta consolidar una identidad sonora propia que conecta el cuerpo y la mente, la pista y la contemplación.

Sus sesiones se despliegan como rituales sonoros donde convergen atmósferas envolventes, percusiones hipnóticas y texturas analógicas, generando una experiencia inmersiva que trasciende el espacio físico y penetra en lo sensorial. Cada presentación es un mensaje que atraviesa frecuencias, donde la simplicidad actúa como herramienta para el trance y la conciencia.

Ha sido parte de la historia del Garden Underground Club (Pereira), compartiendo cabina con artistas como Oscar Mulero, Christian Wünsch, Lewis Fautzi, Lucy, Kwartz, Marco Shuttle, Polar Inertia, Chilo Deck, Mekas, JPJZ entre otros. Su trayectoria también lo ha llevado a escenarios internacionales como Utopia Club (Madrid), con el proyecto local Synth Techno Club, compartiendo cabina con Sunil Sharpe, Xcire entre otros; y en Bilbao con Distopia Club con Wata Igarashi y con Pandora Collective compartiendo cabina con Mod.1 y artistas locales, ampliando la resonancia de su sonido más allá de fronteras.

omo productor, se distingue por construir arquitecturas sonoras moduladas, con bajos densos, drones pulsantes y atmósferas envolventes que reflejan una sensibilidad meticulosa. Es fundador de Virescence Records, sello enfocado en la exploración ambient, experimental y techno, además de haber publicado en G89 Records, No Way Records, Northallsen, Solemn , Aarden, Artscope, Circular Limited, Diffuse Reality, Dosis, KVLTO, Sbert Records, Granular Spectrum y Tegnología Orgánica entre otros.

Traversable Message representa el punto de encuentro entre lo orgánico y lo sintético, lo físico y lo etéreo —una transmisión continua de sonido, energía y significado a través del tiempo.

El nombre del momento. Importante lo de su nombre porque cómo ha ocurrido con otros seudónimos misteriosos, su identidad real tardó bastante en despejarse. Se dijo de él que era Richie Hawtin aunque con el tiempo ya ni se sabe cuantos nombres más se barajaron en innumerables especulaciones, Mika Vainio fue otro, pero al final se descubrió que su nombre de pila es Stephan Metzger. Sus primeros cuatro maxis como Sleeparchive - Elephant Island EP, Recycle E.P., Infrared Glow E.P. y Research E.P.- le ayudaron a ganarse el favor del público interesado por el nuevo techno de bajos pesados, salpicado con acid y estructuras complejas para un productor que, pese a su timidez, tiene mucho que decir. Debutó en un escenario en España el 19 de noviembre de 2005 en el The Loft de Barcelona donde por primera vez se le puede ver en directo. Su relación con España se estrechó bastante cuando firmó una remezcla en la séptima referencia del sello de Karlos Phazer y Mikel_e, uno de los nuevos labels de techno de aquí: Cray1 LabWorks.
