I never thought my path would lead me to the point I’m at now.

RonnieGrafter aka The Plastic Housewife at home and at play, spinning vinyl for self enjoyment. For the record I have NO ego or seek fame or adulation, I'll leave that to the 'names' and those aspiring to such dizzy heights, I wish them all the very best. 

My interests; good music,of varying genres but mostly quality Techno and definitely not samey soulless Acid Techno. I like what I play and play what I like, crossing genres from time to time, regressing to the foundations often and progressing off the beaten track. I must add of late my style has become rather anarchic and full throttle as I ride a relentless incurable medical condition hence my GRAFTER moniker. It's taken me a while to take risks in what I select to play but now, I like to take risks and rile folk, what could possibly go wrong? I am my own worst critic after all!

I've had some requests for collaborations and to play at venues, most have been a waste of my time that is until the tail end of 2015 and 2016 at the much loved 414 in Brixton. I've also had the pleasure of playing at Out of Sync in Poznań by invitation of the Warsaw Torture Boyz. There has also been Don't in 2016 and for a second time in 2017. Don't is easily my favourite London night to party and play at. For now, I'm asked to play for Radio and have gigs in the pipeline health permitting..... 

My skills are average and all that request collaboration are indeed perfectly capable of making something of themselves and continue to do just that. I'm always up for collaborating musically, but please don't approach me if your reasons are for self gratification. For the record, I'm not a DJ, I just play the music I love. Just believe in yourselves people, get on with and most importantly, ENJOY, if I've learnt anything, your enjoyment will be revelled and heard LOUD and CLEAR, also please don't take the sounds so seriously, I play purely for the enjoyment of others which I LOVE to see as serious and focused as I often look! ✌ Xx
