Wise portrays a deep sense of knowledge and maturity in his sound, devising atmospheric soundscapes with a raw but modern touch, captivating the listener from beginning to end. His sets demonstrate this to full effect, consistently maintaining a powerful sonic trademark whilst possessing the innate ability to create hip-shaking poly-rhythms and multi-deck layers.

Before discovering the world of electronic music, Wise came from a background of drum and percussion which was guided by his Iranian father who was a professional drummer. This influence plays a huge part in shaping the foundation of techno that he crafts.

Wise’s 'quality over quantity’ mindset has seen him become a mainstay on influential labels such as Mote Evolver and BluePrint which has led him to work with some of the most respected names in the industry. His pure but passionate approach to music has given him the honour of gracing institutions such as Berghain and Fabric and earned him a residency at the esteemed underground Eerste Communie parties hailing from The Netherlands.

Wise retrata un profundo sentido del conocimiento y la madurez en su sonido, ideando paisajes sonoros atmosféricos con un toque crudo pero moderno, cautivando al oyente de principio a fin. Antes de descubrir el mundo de la música electrónica, Wise provenía del mundo de la batería y la percusión, guiado por su padre iraní, que era baterista profesional. Esta influencia desempeña un papel fundamental a la hora de dar forma a los cimientos del techno que elabora.

La mentalidad de Wise de "calidad por encima de cantidad" le ha convertido en un pilar de sellos influyentes como Mote Evolver y BluePrint, lo que le ha llevado a trabajar con algunos de los nombres más respetados de la industria. Francesco Visconti, better known as VSK, is an Italian techno DJ and producer, born in Rome in 1986 and based in Berlin.
Since his earliest youth he has had a huge passion for electronic music, and through hanging out at the famous record store from the Capital “Remix”, he was introduced to the world of djing when he wa only 16 years old.
He has got familiar to different forms of techno, his style ranging from a sound usually very hard and dark, often with industrial influences, to a very different one, deeper and more mental, both still easily recognizable as coming from the same mind. He started to perform very early as a DJ in the clubs of the Capital and from 2007 he was resident DJ at Goa Club for two seasons. At the same time he met the artist Ken Karter, who introduced him to the world of production and mastering. He began an education as an audio-engineer and sound-designer, in music and especially in television, working in different recording studios; currently he does this alongside his artistic career. In 2010 he and his friends Conrad Van Orton  / @conrad-van-orton (CVO) and VILIX started their own label 'Consumer Recreation Service', which got immediate support from big names in the international techno scene. Over the years he has relesed eps on many other important labels such as New Rhythmics, Planet Rhythm, EarToGround, Sonntag Morgen., Complex Adaptive System and Genesa Records. In 2015 he set up a collaboration with the Serbian artist Scalameriya, releasing a first EP on the English label Power Vacuum, and in 2016 a second one on the legendary label Perc Trax. Their collaboration is not limited to production, but it also includes live performances. In the same year he also signed an extended six-track EP with Conrad Van Orton on Developer’s imprint Modularz (USA).

VSK and Conrad van Orton have recently joined forces and came up with their new alias called Symmetrical Behaviour releasing two imprints on @soma Records: 'Deep Learning' EP and 'Biology, Behaviour and Disorders' EP.

As part of the Form and Function collective and already sharing the stage with veterans like DJ Pete and Function, his releases stand out the most. With tracks released on Peter van Hoesen’s Time to Express, kicking off Cleric’s side label PROJEKTS and contributing to Len Faki’s Figure Jams together with Albert van Abbe, this dj/producer is setting the bar high.

He will perform at Voltage Festival in August, and we definitely will pay a visit.
