This vinyl-only mix by Laure will bring you in the mood to party or spice up your afterparty. It’s a mix of primarily old-school techno and some newer releases. As we know her sound to be fast, trippy and sexy, she definitely did not fail to deliver that sound in this set too. 

Living by the mantra ‘keep it sexy’. Her intention when she takes to the decks is to initiate the liberation that comes from the most powerful dance floor experiences when clothes come off and the energy reaches a fever pitch. Her sound is a constant rush of high-intensity techno spanning the mid-90s to the mid-00s, mixed with the tactile, precarious thrill of vinyl. Continually digging for the tracks which fit her particular creative vision, she holds true to techno’s inherent futurism by creating something new and ever-evolving from the music she plays–pulling together the pieces of the puzzle from decades of techno culture carved into a near-infinite pool of uptempo, forward-facing machine music.

Tras siete años de andadura profesional, NIZ se consolida en la escena nacional habiendo pisado y dejado huella en clubs como Razzmatazz, Nitsa, Input, Garage, Gordo, Spook, CODE, Chocolate, Coliseum, Reset, Pulse o ZUL; en festivales como DURO, Brunch Electronik Festival, Delirium o Blackworks, o en cabinas europeas como Glazart París o HÖR. 

Ha sido residente del mítico Moog club de 2022 a abril de 2025, donde sus míticas sesiones de 5h han conquistado a la ciudad de Barcelona, y engendrado una legión de fieles seguidores que han acudido mensualmente sin excepción, atraídos por el viaje de géneros y subgéneros que la camaleónica artista ha propuesto en cada ‘All Night NIZ’, siempre apostando por el vinilo y dando espacio a los clásicos que la vieron crecer.

Su eclecticismo y versatilidad le han permitido en los últimos años compartir cabina y cartel con grandes referentes de la escena Techno como Dax J, CJ Bolland, Ellen Allien, Ben Klock, Marron, Daria Kolosova, Carmen Electro, Cristian Varela, Horacio Cruz, Anika Kunst, Héctor Oaks, Paula Temple, Adiel, Stef Mendesidis o Andrés Campo. 

NIZ cuenta con un registro amplísimo. Mezcla sin complejos y sin miedo al riesgo techno, hard groove, acid, trance, industrial, hard techno clásico, sin olvidarse nunca de los 90s y los 00s que la vieron crecer. La DJ valenciana ofrece una propuesta contundente, pero muy bailable; demoledora, pero salpicada de melodías tranceras y ácidas; un sonido 100% enfocado a destrozar la pista, pero selecto, elegante, ajeno a tendencias pasajeras y muy cuidado, tanto en la selección como en las mezclas: largas, progresivas y siempre creativas.

Como productora se estrenó en 2023 con ‘Siamang’ en el sello Odd Recordings. Publicó ‘Black Little Pony’ en Gordo Trax (2024). Arrancó 2025 con tres lanzamientos consecutivos: el remix del tema ‘Lelesedé’ para los valencianos Nyespla (Génesis Music); ‘Black Dahlias and Sharpe Razors’ para Arctronic; y el remix hardgroove del tema ‘Save the Rave’ (BCN Records).

Fuera de los escenarios, NIZ se ha convertido en los últimos años en referente como creadora de contenido y divulgadora de la cultura electrónica. Escribió mensualmente para DJ Mag España de 2022 a 2024, pero son sus vídeos de Instagram y YouTube los que le han valido el cariño y respeto, no solo del público, sino también de sus colegas de profesión. La artista comparte en sus redes contenidos audiovisuales de creación propia que van desde la reivindicación feminista hasta tutoriales técnicos, pasando por reseñas, análisis sociológicos, historia de la música electrónica o consejos para DJs principiantes. En la primavera-verano de 2025 la veremos lanzarse a nuevas aventuras audiovisuales, convirtiéndose en la cara visible y comunicativa de algunas marcas y festivales.

Pushed in front of the scene late in 2016 with his Warehouse Memories EP released on ARTS, "I Hate Models" has known an eye-popping ascent. With a variety of releases on labels such as ARTS, Voitax, T/W/B or Pls.uk, he is as eclectic in his productions as in his DJ sets, and navigates between Rave music, Industrial sounds, Post-Punk, Wave or EBMish productions. He tries to not limit himself to a specific genre, exploring all electronic universes, and succeeded to create a certain "touch" recognizable in his tracks, with an association between emotional synths and colder sounds. With an artistic line based on the expression of melancholia and intense emotions, his music can be characterized by a showdown between Love and Hate, Darkness and Light.
