From Mexico, Levantine returns with his latest EP, Polysentimiento. This release showcases a shift in the artist's sound, diving into darker, more underground influences with a blend of Darkwave, Electro, EBM, and Industrial elements. The EP is accompanied by two stunning remixes: the first by the talented Argentinian DJ and producer Manu Barcelo, and the second by in-house artists Comegatos + Veltrán, alias Cometrán.

Yak 40’s early exposure to electronic icons such as Aphex Twin, The Orb, and Four Tet laid the foundation for his eclectic approach to production. Yak 40 first made waves with his 2022 EP Made in Nepal, recorded during a three- month stay in the Himalayas. In 2023, he released standout singles like &quot;Swirls,&quot; an
acid-tinged uptempo track and received support from tastemaker media such as Four Four Mag and Electronic Groove. Now, with Travelogue, Yak 40 takes his sonic storytelling to new heights.
From the serene Himalayan villages of Nepal to the bustling streets of Bangkok, Travelogue immerses listeners in a richly textured soundscape of organic beats, ambient echoes, and dancefloor-ready techno.
Travelogue features a range of sonic textures, from broken beats to hypnotic techno and serene ambient compositions. Atmospheric and highly evocative, each track is a distinct vignette that mirrors the literal nomadic quality of its creation. The album

The Signal

Early last year, @brothernebula commenced emitting life signs from a little know sector of the universe. Nick Höppner's antennas happened to pick up the signals via the Legwork label, piquing his interest to find out more about where these sounds originated... 

Fast forward a light year, and Brother Nebula remains a mystery. What we do know though, is that after an extended mission into the further reaches of the local group, he’s returned to Earth on Touch From a Distance with four new samples ready for examination. The data - while not wholly empirical - is both atmospheric and dimensional in nature. 

On the A side, we start off with Double Helix - a concise dissertation on the effects of extended club use on the brain, before continuing into the interstellar disco of Infinity 2. On the flip, we glide through the electronic thermosphere with Sky Walking, before expelling all thetans with the DX funk of Going Clear. 

TFAD is exhilarated to present the latest results of the unknown space b-boy's interstellar endeavours.

WRECKS025 comes from the mind and studio of Coral D aka Duncan Stump, this relatively unknown producer (only two other releases to his name) serves up three tracks of directly dubbed out drums and trippy psychedelics. The 'Sway' EP is a tightly tuned collection of tracks, each of the elements sitting perfectly next to each other, minimalistic at times but still with a good emphasis on the low end dynamics and squarely aimed at those lost moments on the dancefloor.
