This cover is playing off of a line Horror Mario/Ultra M says at the beginning of Mario Madness where Daddy Dearest fucked him up in the past and trapped him in the game. Now that Ultra M has gotten indirect revenge by killing his daughter and her boyfriend, Mr. Dearest arrives to save them and destroy Ultra M for good.
