DJ TL SPANX was a pioneer amongst the first group of DJs in San Diego, California, United States. He was well known by DJs, Nightclubs, Military Bases, Music Lovers, and Party Goers. His music, style, turntablism skills, and creativity attracted a wide variety of people. He became deeply established as he consistently performed & entertained for 15 years (1979 -1994).

It all began at a prominent young-adult nightclub called “Journey” in 1979, where he spun his way to “House/Resident” DJ. He also achieved positions as a Club Manager and Local Concert Production Manager.

DJ TL SPANX & STEVE “FINGERS” PAGAN (Thee Studio Rascals) were the first DJs to produce a radio music-mix show in San Diego, California, United States — which aired on 92.5 FM XHRM.
