Caught The Flow is a band formed in 2011 by well-known faces from the Hungarian underground rock/metal scene. Later on in 2013 Zoltán Bölcsföldi took the vocal position and made the band as a whole. Soon the band had some gigs in Budapest (Club Showbarlang, Dürer kert) and in the summer of 2013 they made a TV debut in a widley broadcasted Hungarian TV show, called Balatoni Nyár. This was a small acoustic concert with a short interview. 
Their music is a blend of grunge and modern metal with lots of melodic elements. During the studio sessions they got great assist from José Szabolcs Garcia, who recorded, edited and mixed the songs. In the middle of March 2014 they finally released their debut EP, called Mirror, which contains 5 songs. This debut EP is free to listen and download from this direct link:

Currently they are working on their next EP and a debut video that will be put on their facebok page if finished. In the meantime they are also looking for possible concert dates and labels both in Hungary and abroad.
