New month, new music. Our friends Philipp, Andreas and Andreas, aka Überhaupt & Außerdem and Deep Ändi, worked together on some lovely beats, which they don’t want to withhold from you.

The EP “Directions” is a collaboration between them. Everyone made a track, which ended up being remixed by the other. The concept sounded exciting from the start, and we are happy that the tracks found their way to Vienna. We'll take that as an opportunity to pop the corks in Berlin. That's right Champagne Society. If you don't want to miss this, you should rather be there.

VERDAMMT heißt die nun dritte Single des im Februar 23’ erscheinenden Albums VERDAMMT NOCHMAL von ACUD. Staccato-Rhythmen stoßen auf vibrierende Klänge, die dem Ruf verführerischer Sirenen nahe kommen. Der Text: ein Anklage, sich dem größten Gefühl der Welt widmend. Dramatisch schraubt sich der Gesang in die Höhe, spuckt den Tanzenden letztendlich aber mit Schmackes wieder zurück in die Woge. ACUD bedient mit diesem Lied das selbst ernannte Genre „Dramatic Disco“ und generiert mit guter Dramaturgie einen emotional-feurigen Moment auf dem Tanzdeck.

VERDAMMT is the name of the third single from ACUD's album VERDAMMT NOCHMAL, which will be released in February 23'. Staccato rhythms meet vibrant sounds that come close to the call of seductive sirens. The lyrics: an indictment devoted to the greatest emotion in the world. The singing spirals up dramatically, but in the end spits the dancers back into the wave with a bang. With this song, ACUD serves the self-proclaimed genre "Dramatic Disco" and generates an emotionally fiery moment on the dance floor with good dramaturgy.

Image design and composition is probably one of the most fundamental forms of artistic expression. This field of art is almost infinite in its possible manifestations. An image can be created with highly complex computer programmes or with the simplest of means. In the digital cosmos, each pixel can be configured exactly according to the artists ideas and wishes. In contrast, impressive works of art can also be created with natural materials such as stones, twigs or with coal. The ability to compose images is as complicated as it is simple. It depends on the artist and his creative intention. The first single by Atric & Frida Darko on KataHaifisch is highly individual and absolutely unique. The song tells a story about the diversity and beauty of colours. Over the course of the 6-minute playtime each colour gets its well-deserved attention. Meanwhile, various synths playing their catchy melodies and create a moody atmosphere, which unfolds its potential on headphones as well as in an open air or club setting. ✍️ The human gift of memory is a fascinating and practical tool. It enables us to relive past events, situations and encounters. Beautiful moments with loved ones, journeys to special places or profound conversations can be preserved forever. However, this ability can also have a disadvantage effect on people. 
We have no control over what is imprinted on our memory. Therefore, it is advisable to clean up and update this "hard drive" from time to time. Working through stressful memories moves us forward as human and keeps our store of memories clean too. 

🎵 The Of Memory EP from bīsu contains two Tracks. The title track is a mellow downsnappy banger that exudes an atmosphere of enjoyment. A vocal wispers the audience into a deep relaxation mode. 
„Jonathan“, the second song, is a feature and was made together with dalié. Smooth synths in form of exciting melody patterns interact with her unique voice and create an enthusiastic feeling of joy. Embedded in rhythmic percussion, the result is a coherent overall picture that will stay in Memory, just like the entire EP.

We always want to introduce you to the artists behind the music. In this case it is Pedro aka @meraki4

He wrote a little text about the meaning of the song for him:
"Gezellig" pronounced like “Huhg-zell-hgick” is a word that I got in touch right when I arrived to Amsterdam and it has a very beautiful meaning: a blend of simple pleasures like cosiness, togetherness, conviviality, jolliness, contentedness.
And of course we also asked him three questions:

1) What is your favorite book to read? My favourite book to read is Sidarta by Hermann Hesse

2)if you were a super-hero, what powers would you have? My superpowers would be ultra fast flying skills, teleportation, being able to raise my chi and change my appearance when I hit a certain level, shoot beams from my hands and super strenght, pretty much like the main character of Dragon Ball 🐉

3) What's the longest you've gone without sleep (and why)? The longest I've went without sleeping was during a summer solstice festival in Belgium where after not sleeping for one night me and two friends were supposed to close the main stage with a b3b at around 6pm and we ended up playing till 8am because everybody was having a lot of fun and didn't want to leave
