It’s with utmost pleasure we’re buckling up 2022 and shooting straight into 2023 with a powerful, atmospheric set thanks to Alexskyspirit’s contribution. Please make a due welcome to the greek (borned/raised in Patras) producer/Dj, also co-owner of the young @Khoros-label.

Alexskyspirit delivers a mix built on deep/dark bits together with newer tracks as well as exclusive, unreleased material. The result is ...moody AF, oscillating between a well-known dark-building-block (LN or Berlin-like), as much it kicks you into the midst of a white, powdery snowy mountainscape under starry Nightskies. It's the contrast, the thumping-red-thread (sometimes almost gloomy) that reveals Alexskyspirit's peculiarity. The journey embarks us in memories of both sweaty crowds, strobes and hypnotic states, somewhere between reality and dreams. Respites are given to calm the mind before kicks & basslines bring you right back in line. Cinematographic, ravey, a sense of mystery mixed are all in favor of a cathartic trip. is a well-known fixture on the contemporary Italian techno scene. His musical career started in his hometown Rome where he began collecting vinyl and DJ’ing in the early 90’s. In 2008 he started producing and founded his own label, Attic Music; famous for his immaculate mixing technique, his sets travel from deeper to harder techno, darker pieces are introduced to more melodic ones and acid or old school gem, updated with new unheard material, the key ingredients for Fabrizio to create an intimate journey for the listener.

From a vinyl shop in Genoa to multiple events in Milan, his musical journey evolves without losing the focus and what music if for him: a key that can open our minds to different worlds, a neverending source of knowledge, a daily escape.

2023년을 마무리하는 56번째 vurt podcast는 네덜란드를 중심으로 활동중인 프랑스 출신의 디제이/프로듀서 Laura BCR과 함께합니다. On Board Music을 이끌며 유럽을 무대로 활발하게 활동하고 있는 Laura BCR의 2시간 세트는 지난 11월에 Badaboum 파리에서 열린 파티에서 녹음되었습니다. 

"Last November, I’ve had the chance to play a closing set right after Paramida and Alex Kassian on a Thursday night at Badaboum in Paris for Cahiers Electroniques. The night not being Techno oriented, I tried to respect the progression of the running order on building a groovy set, full of percussions and quite dub focused. It turned out super energetic and people were transported by the storytelling - it’s a very good memory that I wanted to share with Vurt as I’m playing at the venue in Seoul on January 6.

It’s a pure best of 2023 what I have been playing this year with some classic tunes that come time to time in my sets from Ruhig to Tin Man (both timeless), Luigi Tozzi, Dorisburg, DJ Sodeyama, Justin Cudmore, Ectomorph or Ben Buitendjik. Laura BCR은 그녀가 몇년동안 일했고 많은 사랑을 받았던 베를린의 레코드숍 베이스 카뎃 레코드(Bass Cadet Records)에서 자신의 아티스트 이름을 따왔다. Laura는 감미롭고 깊이 있는 테크노와 더비 앰비언트 DJ 세트로 가장 잘 알려져 있으며, 온보드 뮤직(On Board Music)레이블, 에이전시 및 파티를 운영하는 것으로도 유명하다. 그녀는 SoHaSo, live at Robert Johnson, On Board, Auxiliary, Semantica에서 음악을 발표했으며, 최근에는 Konstrukt에서 새로운 EP를 발표하였다.

Laura BCR takes her name from the much-loved and now closed, Berlin record store, Bass Cadet Records, where she spent a couple of years behind the counter. These days, Laura is best known for her transportive, deep techno and dubby ambient DJ sets and for managing On Board Music label, agency & party organization. She has released music on SoHaSo, live at Robert Johnson, On Board, Auxiliary, Semantica and her latest EP has been out on Konstrukt a few weeks ago.

Born and raised in Milan, he comes from a family that has influenced him with a multitude of different genres, from jazz to rock to experimental music. From a young age, he began to follow the electronic music scene around Europe and the world, trying to define the sounds that strike him the most. Digging into the underground roots of this genre, he found himself in an infinite whirlwind of changes, as music is never static but always constantly evolving.
His music is a quest for the perfect fusion of minimal melodies, electro, and breakbeat: his unique ability to blend old-school classics with contemporary beats creates a nostalgic yet new atmosphere.

is the musical duo of the resident Djs Tomahs & Zehn. 
The need for this new alias arises from the constant desire of the two DJs to share music with each other despite individually having two distinct styles. Overall, the musical blend takes on a strong UK/breakbeat influence with a minimal electro touch. The selection blends classic records from the 90s with more modern and current sounds.
